Stazione Termini Accomodation

Хостел находится в очень удобном месте. Не далеко от вокзала. Но все остальное, оставляет желать лучшего. Мы забронировали 2 комнаты по 3 отдельных кровати. Комната для девушек и комната для парней. В результате - первую ночь спали вчетвером. Кровати не отдельные. Приходилось спать вдвоем на двухспальной кровати. Уборку делают через раз. Главный минус - нет кухни или хотя бы обеденного стола. Это крайне не удобно. Странный час выселения 10.30 это тоже очень не удобно. Персонал довольно странноватый. Я бы не рекомендовал этот хостел для компаний. Он наверное больше подходит для семей.

Quando siamo arrivate all’indirizzo non abbiamo trovato sul citofono il nome dell’ostello. Ho quindi chiamato il proprietario e mi ha detto che mi avrebbe dato la camera un suo dipendente che si trovava nella lavanderia situata di fronte a noi. Potete immaginare la mia faccia... io e la mia amica ci rechiamo nella lavanderia e il ragazzo ci chiede prima i soldi. Io chiedo di farci vedere la camera prima di pagarlo. Ci fa vedere la camera e paghiamo. Le prese della corrente non funzionavano, l’armadio era pieno di piumoni e quindi non potevamo poggiare nulla. Un solo comodino. La stanza non era pulitissima e abbiamo dormito molto male perché dalla mattina presto nel corridoio esterno alla camera c’era un via vai di persone che non si facevano scrupoli a disturbare il sonno. Insomma, sconsigliatissimo.

The only good thing about this place is the location. The owner was very angry at us because our plane was delayed and that meant we checked in at a late hour, even though we picked it because it did not say there were limited hours for check in. I kept him updated on our estimated arrival time as well. It was pretty unpleasant to be angrily berated on arrival in Rome! If you are going to run a guesthouse, you need to be ready for people's travel plans to be altered by circumstances outside their control. The place is quite old and not particularly clean, but at least it's very close to Termini, which meant we were able to make a quick getaway.

I would like to recommend this hostel to all of the people, who are looking for a cheap place to sleep. Location is the best. To the station TERMINI - max. 5 min on foot. The host is very nice. He cares about his guest. You can ask him for direction or good restaurants. Colosseo - a little over 2 km (on foot). In the near private shops, restaurants, xero, supermarket, laundry, TERMINI-station, currency-exchange-point, cash maschine. In hostel: electric kettle, tea, sugar, some cutlery and plates, fridge, microwave. The downside is cleanliness in bathrooms and in rooms. In my opition it's a good choice for the young people f. ex. couples, who spend most of the time outdoors and don't care so much about local conditions.

Расположение хостела прекрасное, в 5 минутах от вокзала. Но найти его достаточно сложно- нет ни вывесок, ни указателей. Нам пришлось попросить местного позвонить по телефону, пришел человек и провел нас в хостел. Он находится на втором этаже дома. В нем всего три, кажется, номера. Кухни фактически нет, есть что-то типа узкого длинного стола в коридоре и микроволновка.Душ и туалет (их, правда, два) совмещенные и сомнительной чистоты. Мы мыться не стали, да и воды горячей не было из-за ремонтных работ на улице. Сам номер на 4 человек относительно чистый, постельное белье и полотенца тоже более- менее. Мы жили двое суток, персонала за это время не видели, только при прибытии и отъезде, ключи дали и забрали. В принципе, для такого города, как Рим, при такой цене жилье вполне приемлемое. Тем более, что мы приходили только спать.

very good situated close to termini, refrigerator, water boiler and microwave is at your disposal. I stayed in a 2 bed room with shared bathroom, there is no window in this room, you just can open a second door to a general balcony looking into a small courtyard. The bathroom (together with wc) is very small - outside on the corridor - not very comfortable.

Excelente hotel ideal para personas que solo van al hotel a dormir.Cerquita de Termini. Santi el encargado muy agradable y atento.

Чистотата не беше добра - особено в общите баня и тоалетни. Кошчето в стаята ни не беше изхвърляно през целия ни престой от 5 дни. Не бяхме уведомени и къде да търсим рецепционистът, така че нямаше кой да ни посрещне и се наложи доста да почакаме, докато разберем, че любезният индиец е в отсрещното перално помещение... но в крайна сметка сигурно за тази цена можеш това да получиш в Рим.

CENTRAL LOCATION, 100 METERS FROM TERMINI, VERY CLEAN ROOM AND BATHROOM. THE TWO BROTHERS THEY MANAGE THE MAHOSTEL VERY KIND AND HELPFUL.THANKS A LOT

If you need the place only to sleep then this hostel is o.k.

There could have been some hangers in the bathroom - there was no place to put clothes -- it's a small space and some hangers or shelves would help.

Niente bide, la doccia e lavandino perdevano l'acqua, tv non funzionava, condizioni pessime,molto rumoroso intorno.

Good location, very close to Termini station. I'm very satisfied with staying there. Staff was actually very friendly and helpful. Price is good too.

Soggiornato in appartamento.Proprietario gentilissimo. Pulizia distinta nelle camere e nel bagno. Scarsa nella cucina. Posizione eccellente. Consigliato.

bastante sucio y solo dos baños para muchísimas personas y no funcionaban bien. El dueño Super amable pero solo con la buena voluntad no alcanza....para calentar el agua había que sacar de la bacha del baño...

Good hostel for those seeking low cost accommodation and NOT expecting very high. There was a minor misunderstanding in terms of city tax payment as the amount charged was higher than mentioned in the booking website. Rest was okay.

It was really cheap, so I was expecting everything to be very basic. While everything was really old, they were still usable. I have to say, the staff were the friendliest people I've ever met. They'd greet you every morning and every night, and we even got a free bottle of wine! Would recommend this place!

Economico e centralissimo, anche se i dintorni non sono troppo raccomandabili. La pulizia non è il massimo, nel letto mancavano le lenzuola (c'era solo una coperta).

Would not recommend this hostel. Way too small and difficult to find. Hardly large enough in the common area to bring a bag in. Nice that it is close to the train station but not worth the 20 euro.

Good location close to Termini train station, beds are decent. I found the bathrooms quite dirty - full of mould. No kitchen space really. No free storage space for your bags if you check in early or to leave on check out day. Staff were a bit abrupt at times. The hostel is on the cheaper end of the scale but I'd probably pay a couple of extra pounds and stay somewhere else next time.

Pretty terrible. Bad hygiene and no ventilation in rooms without windows. Stuffy and smelly.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in 4 persone (eta' media 23 anni) e non lo consiglio nemmeno al piu' disperato viaggiatore. Meglio spendere 5 euro in piu' per avere un minimo di pulizia e di confort.

The owner insisted on charging me more than the confirmed price in my booking (17.90 euro plus the 3.60 euro already charged by Hostels Club). No kitchen facilities, poor ventilation and no aircon. The "hostel" is actually a small apartment with 20 beds crammed inside, with no fire exit and windows that don't open all the way. The Bengali owner takes cash only. The hostel is hard to find and "reception" is actually across the road at the laundry, owned by the same Bengali man. Watch out for these people!

Really close to the train station and the staff was really friendly

As camas são limpas, mas os banheiros um pouco sujos. Porem Roma é uma cidade de locações caras, então na média o preço deste hostel está bom. Localização excelente, 1 minuto da estação Termini.

Dovrebbero ristrutturare la struttura e offrire più servizi per quel prezzo. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è veramente basso.

Fantastic deal for the price you pay and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are kept very clean and its minutes away from the Rome Terminus station. Would definitely recommend it to everyone else.

very warm welcome, nice atmosphere, very close to the station, comfortable beds, a little noisy in the morning, clean in a room with a private bathroom. I recommend compared price-conditions!

I have stayed for a few nights in the single room. The hostel offers a good value for the standard and location of the place. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Strategic location in the centre of Rome and very kind, helpful staff

Hostel is run by 2 very friendly and helpfull guys. Rooms are small but verry clean. In this location (100m to railway station - Termini) and price You don't find any better place. Only minus is mold on wall at the bathroom but it's not really disturb. Monti rules :)
