Bello, pulito e bene situato in città.

the hostess was a nice lady who take care of us for breakfast and stuff. She was very polite and nice. Could understand English and French (which is very rare) and the breakfast she made us was just perfect.

We've had croissants, coffee and tea, some fresh juice, cheese and different kinds of meat.

The bedroom was big, the bed was also very enjoyable. The bathroom was very decent and clean.

we did enjoy it there!

One of the places you will remeber with pleasure and melancholy. Beautiful, spotlesly clean, nicely decorated, quite. An elegant elderly lady, senora Giovanna, serves good breakfast in her living room. Here you have almost a butik hotel standard for the price of B@B and can forget for a moment you are in overpriced Toscany.

After two days we were still amazed by our beautiful apartment. Highly recommended. Directions could be better, especially for parking.

me ha encantado el lugar, centrico, limpio, casa tipica de la zona y giovanna una mujer muy atenta y respetuosa, si vuelvo a san gimignano no dudaria y volveria otra vez alli.

Excelente habitacion,muy bien equipada con aire fundamental en verano.Tener en cuebnta que son dos pisos por escalera,con equipaje es complicado,desayuno muy medido y no son muy simpáticos en la atención.Vale la pena igual

Wonderful place... Best quality / price that i ever tried.. staff is very nice and the breakfast they prepare in the morning on the terrace is amazing. Furthermore consider that in S.Gimignano there's the 2006 world champion for Gelato !!! However, all the town is extremely nice to visit.
