everything was excellent Some people might find it a bit noisy as it was right across from the stations , bus and train But in my case I had to catch a daily bus from the station and it was very easy to move my luggage Will definitely recommend the hotel

Hotel Principe is a nice little hotel in Udine with super friendly and helpful staff. Don't expect high-tech or modern flair, it's a little oldschool. But for a three star hotel it was absolutely fine.
It's situated next to the railway and bus station from where you can get everywhere, including the coast (Lignano for example)
The Castello di Udine is about 15min away if you walk and there's plenty of great restaurants nearby.
It's definitely worth checking out!

Very convenient budget hotel right next to Udine train and bus stations and 10 minutes' walk from the city centre. Clean rooms, helpful staff, perfect for budget travellers.

Staff molto simpatico. Buon posto, vicino al treno. Potrebbe essere molto più economico, comunque, d'accordo con lo che ho trovato in altre città.

Udine and the hotel are a nice relaxing place to stay, not a lot to do, which allows you to breath. The staff was really nice and helped us a lot when my friend forgot her passport in Venice. They called the other hotel for us and explained the situation in Italian to them. Thanks to them the passport was found in no time.
