Ottima posizione, personale gentile, purtroppo dividevo il bagno con una coppia abbastanza incivile che mi ha fatto pentire di aver prenotato in quella struttura, anche se non era colpa dell'organizzazione!

nachts etwas laut und leider ist keine Klimaanglage drin, dafür wird man von Geigenspielern geweckt und alles ist wunderschön....

great position and good value for money, just only two black points: the room was over the place and noisy at night and bathroom was plenty of water after shower... otherwise good staff (gentle and helpful) and nice view.

Falta de internet wi-fi no hostel.

letto rotto,lenzuola insufficienti(1 per letto),asciugamani inesistenti, carta igienica insufficiente (1/4 di rotolo per 2 giorni x 2 persone),ambiente angusto, pareti sporche. Con prezzi simili è preferibile andare a Mestre. n.b. maggiore attenzione da parte di hostels - club per le strutture proposte

Very well located.

We were booking in S.Tomà Residence but we're staying at Iris Hotel. It is really good for its central position and its cheap price. Anyway, the double bed was quite confortable but the bathroom was not really clean and all the forniture in the room also. Anyway it was fine for one night.

Since I haven't been in S.Toma' but in Hotel Iris I can't give you my ratings. Hotel Iris was ok..but for the price of 40 euro/night rooms schould have a bath inclooded.

La doccia era sporchissima: capelli, residu di sporco, muffa; era anche intasata. Il bagno in generale era sporco, mentre la camera era accettabile.

We had to wait 3 hour for our room didnt see anyone check out and finally had to ask if it was available yet as she didnt bother to tell us it was ready? and when we got it , it wasnt very clean. The young man on reception was the most helpful and organised. Good location and a bit quieter.

Shitty college dorm turned into a "hostel." terrible staff that only want to take your money. Recommend staying anywhere but here!

great location but that's basically it, near rialto but still quiet at night, no flair at all, really ugly rooms, towels are NOT included (2€ for a small towel), if you stay in venice for one or two nights it's okay unless you want a nice hotelroom to rest in

dommage que la cuisine ne soit pas du tout équipée ... pas de plaque chauffante donc impossible de se faire à manger

Mais personne nettoie la salle de bain, ce qui n'est pas bien.

il n'y a pas de petit déjeuner.

Very good location, close to everything, with vaporetto(water bus) station only meters away.

soggiorno eccellente, per posizione e atmosfera.

Personale diponibile e simpatico. Camere semplici ma comode. L'affaccio su San Tomà è indimenticabile. Io è il terzo anno consecutivo che vengo da Voi. Manca la pulizia giornaliera delle camere, che, diciamo per il costo del soggiorno, dovrebbe essere inclusa. Ma Venezia è cara ovunque per dormire..

Arrivederci all'anno prossimo!!!!

Al entrar nos encontramos enseres de los anteriores huespedes, un comic, un gel de bano y un enjuague bucal, ademas de pelos en la ducha lo que me hace dudar si entre huesped y huesped hacen limpieza siempre. La habitacion amplia y bastante espartana. Muebles estilo "cuentame" 2 mesas, 2 camas, 2 sillas varios armarios, no hace falta màs cuando vas a un sitio tan bonito como Venecia!

When we arrived at the hostel, we were told we had a room at a nearby hotel instead (hotel Iris, two stars). The staff there was mostly ok, except for one man who was actually quite rude. Free wifi, though and we didn't have to pay any extra.

The Hostel is nice for ja short trip to venice. The positions is awesome, the rooms are ok, not to small with big windows. Our room was clean, the toilette could be better. The receptionist was a little bit overstrained with the infopapers from hostelsclub, but the did it with our help.

If I would have another trip to venice I would book this hostel again!

Great value base for exploring venice from. Everythings so close theres little need to waste money on vaporetti and you can be right in the heart of venice in minutes...and very easy to find on arrival too which is a huge bonus! Would definitely use again..but next time remember the mosquito spray!

Ottima posizione,check in velocissimo,camera come da descrizione.

La résidence San Toma est très bien placée dans le quartier de San Polo à proximité de la station de vaporetto et du traghetto San Toma. Il est donc aisé de partir dans toutes les directions. Pas vraiment de distractions sur place, pas de petit déjeuner et si vous réservez pour plusieurs jours, personne ne passe faire le ménage ou changer la serviette, seul point négatif. Chambre individuelle grande avec salle d'eau et WC pour 37 € - rien à ajouter sinon parfait pour petit budget ;-)

très bien situé dans un quartier de venise pas loin du rialto. personnel très sympa et accueillant. prix raisonnable pour le lieu. endroit à recommandé.

Habitacion sencilla muy amplia.Limpio. Baño compartido también amplio. Muy bien situado. Plaza tranquila. No ambiente nocturno. La gente de recepcion simpatica, pero no todos hablan ingles.

Nice Hotel, nice staff - If there was something what i hardly understood was, why was it not possible to store a little 4 Kilo bag for some hours after the check out in the morning? receptions anwer was "we are closed at 10:00"...?

Cute little college dorm. Don't expect too much, but it's central location (10 minutes to the Ponte di Rialto, 15 minutes to the train station, and 20 to St Marks walking) was enough to make up for the lack of fun factor. Also, was next to a square which got a bit noisy on the weekend night, but so will all of Venice.

Fantastic location, spacious if simple rooms, clean bathrooms. For the price, in the middle of summer, in the middle of Venice this palce was brilliant. Don't expect anything fancy though.

The rooms are nice, but don´t expect anything more. There is no computers, no tv and so on. And it´s not that cheep either. But It´s easy to get to and the staf (although not all of them spoke english) were nice.
