Otima localizaçao!FICA NA VENEZA TURISTICA, QUE é A VENEZA SANTA LUCIA. A Veneza Mestre é industrial. Bom atendimento e limpeza, café da manha simples mas farto. Colchao bacana. Ideal para familias pois é um sobradinho com um quarto de casal e um com duas camas de solteiro. Como nao havia mais hospedes, nao precisamos compartilhar nem o banheiro. Tem pernilongos como em qualquer outro lugar no calor, nada que um repelente nao resolva. Acertar a temperatura do chuveiro é meio chato, mas nada demais. Podemos guardar as malas apos o periodo da diaria para passear sem carregar peso. Como nao ha recepçao, LIGUE antes para combinar o horario de chegada. Vale a pena pagar um pouco a mais pelo conforto e segurança, do que ficar num albergue. Recomendo!!!

It's very well located, it's clean with all facilities. The problem is just that Dany could speak a better english to explain things about the house... It's difficult to understand what he says, even in italian. But he's cool and he was waiting us! Another thing is that we couldn't have the room's key and I think it's not very good, mainly if there are other people in antother room (there are just 2 rooms in the house). Otherwise, it's an excellent option! Good things to do breakfast, fruits, bread, milk...Bathroom and room are super clean!

Host is very nice, professional and sincere. Guest house is comfortable, clean, safe and quiet. Recommended to everyone

Если приехать раньше можно ждать два часа пока принесут ключи. При заказе я написал, что хочу приехать раньше, в 10 часов. Мне ответили хорошо. Из аэропорта Венеции я написал смс что прилетел. Мне ответили, что ждём вас. Когда я прибыл на место, то дом был закрыт. Мне постоянно говорили, что ещё 10 минут и придём. В итоге оказалось, что все заняты придти некому. Ключи я прождал 1 час 40 минут. В конце ожидания хозяин вообще выключил оба своих телефона.

Adresse bien située, a la fois au calme et proche des endroits tourristiques. Par contre petit dejeuner pas a la hauteur de ce qui est annoncé (pas de reapprovisionnement quotidien). Le personnel est soit disant dans le tourisme depuis 10ans sauf que la personne qui nous a accueilli ne parlait pas un mot d anglais (et ça n est pas exagéré de le dire). Donc bien dans l ensemble mais pas extraordinaire

It was a great little apartment. It was clean and safe and located near a hospital so it is easy to find on a map and get to. The only down fall was that it wasn't located very close to any water boat station so getting luggage to and from it wasn't ideal but doable.

Ottima soluzione per giovani coppie che vogliono provare l'esperienza di vivere in un'abitazione veneziana in una calle tranquilla, ma in posizione strategica per raggiungere facilmente luoghi di interesse e non solo.Praticamente si tratta di un appartamento condiviso, con due camere doppie e gli spazi in comune, ingresso,bagno e cucina.

Buona la posizione e l'uso della cucina, pessima la camera (ce ne sono due, una normale, una - la nostra - alta 2,30 e grande 8-9 mq circa, con un divano-letto).....

Ночевали две ночи. Всё чисто и аккуратно. Интернет работает, телевизор не смотрели. Мост Ди Риальто - 7-10 минут пешком, также площадь Сан Марко. Единственная проблема - непросто закрывается дверь. В остальном - отлично. Остановлюсь здесь сама ещё раз и порекомендую друзьям.:-)

It is a small apartment with two bedrooms, we stayed on the first floor. Room is very small, only bed and bathroom is shared, which was not a problem, but there is no possibility to lock your room door. Fortunately there was no problems with that. There is food in the fridge for people staying in the apartment and as well a small kitchen where is possible to cook, but we didnt use it. Location is good, everything is reachable by foot and to consider the overall price rate in Venice it is very good value for money!

location is a little hard to find but the staff come to pick up the customer at the train station. Generally nice and two bedrooms only, good for family travelling.

I stayed in the room with double bed. It was really clean. The staffs were very kind. They contantly fill the food in the frige for the breakfast. We do recommand this hotel!!

Location is OK, just takes about 10-15 min to the main attractions. Very clean and nice place, funny and nice owner. The only problem that we had is that there was no hair dryer and no iron.

It was really nice and very clean! The owner was so friendly and very attentive. Thank you for making this trip perfect to us!

No es un hotel, es un piso con 2 habitaciones. Desayuno incluido, se puede usar la cocina, limpio, internet y TV

Lo unico negativo es que al no haber recepcion, hay que llamarlos cuando llegas para que te traigan las llaves.

The best hostel during our trip. Very polite host has told in detail about the sights and other intricacies of the city. Very clean and tidy at the hostel. Bedroom, bathroom and kitchen are comfortable. The included breakfast is very abundant and high quality. I liked very much.

Muy atentos, limpio, apartamentito cerca y a la Plaza San Marcos, buen desayuno. Lo único a señalar es que el Internet no estaba funcionando y la ducha sólo tenía el teléfono y eso complicaba un poco el baño, pero de resto todo muy bien.

En la reserva se ofreció una cama matrimonial pero mayor sorpresa. Era un SOFA/CAMA super incomodo. Y por supuesto escurrieron el bulto. Sin embargo el recepcionista excelente persona.

Nice please to stay, recently renovated, free net, 10 min walk from San Marco square, however 40 min with bags from railway station (based on experience :), better take a vaporetto)

Se siete giovani e vi importa stare in un posto pulito e amichevole è un'ottima scelta, non è un albergo a 4 stelle ma JoJo è molto disponibile ed è a una decina di minuti a piedi dai maggiori monumenti.

I booked Sawasdee as it was the only place I could find that was alike to a flat and allowed you to prepare & eat your own food. I was not disappointed. Jo-Jo & wife were very friendly when we arrived. Sawasdee was very clean and well-kept. We were told to eat any food there - apples, eggs, cornflakes, bread, milk etc. There was no external noise. The location was not far from Rialto. Overall we were very pleased with Sawasdee.

Nice place to stay for a few days. St.Marco is pretty close in walking distance. But you need good orientation and a detailles map otherwise you get lost easily in the alleys of Venice. We can definatelly recommend this hostel. Although we had some sleepless nights because of an army of mosquitoes.

Muy muy bien. Es una casita con dos habitaciones, un baño y una cocina. No está en el centro (plaza Sna Marcos) pero se llega enseguida a todas partes. La zona es tranquila. Está limpio, los dueños son muy amables, el desayuno está genial (de todo un poco).

Muy recomendable.
