1 bathroom, full equipped kitchen with built-in bar for breakfast or a quick bite and sitting- dining room for up to 6 people. The kitchen has a gas stove with 4 burners, small refrigerator, crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, coffee.
Use of the kitchen is self-service. with ceiling fun and ad-hoc decoration, to share,living.

Our place is located at downtown Cancun, its one of the first areas in the city considering the city is only 45 years old.
We have wal-mart very close walking distance if you want to buy something to cook for yourself.
Many different restaurants and kinds of foods, sushi, italian, arabic, mexican all of them walking distance as well and at very reasonable prices since they are basically destined to locals.
