Cuando llegamos al Hostal la señora fue un poco déspota, entiendo que va gente mala y ya están a la defensiva. En general todo bien, Joriz y Natalia Excelentes igual que Erika.

Reasonably clean, staff were however disorganized with respect to payment collection, bed assignment etc. Also staff did not reply to my lost and found inquiry after checking out. Would not go back.

Bien Joris, Erika y Natalia, nos atendieron excelente, tuvimos un pequeño problema con la asignación de las camas, pero se resolvió al día siguiente.

I rate all at 100%! Have stayed here twice and it is always a pleasure! The staff is so helpful and nice at all times!! Such a COOL place!! I will stay here whenever I am in Sayulita!! Homey, chill, and clean!! Wonderful!!!!

Private room was amazing - a little expensive but worth the price. Really relaxing and inviting common areas. A little further away from the beach/plaza than other lodging options (only like two minutes/three blocks). Staff were friendly and cool - especially Victor and Sarah - thanks for helping make my time in Sayulita more enjoyable

Amazing place! Great pool! The owners are great, and the staff is amazing! The location is perfect, its close to the plaza, but it's also in a quieter area! Parking is super close for that reason! 10/10 SO MUCH FUN!

The hostel might be amazing but the staff is rude and not helpful. They are too busy doing domestic chores instead of helping with basic information. I was very annoyed with the lack of kindness.

Great hostel - much nicer than the photos on their website. Great common areas, nice crowd and a good location. We had a little misunderstanding about the parking - there is no parking on site as stated on the website, there is an area to park where you have to pay. Not a problem if you don't bring a car.

Me habian hablado continuamente de las fiestas en los hostales de Sayulita. Cuando llegue lo primero que me dijeron es que hay un politica de silencio a partir de las 23h, y que las fiestas estan prohibidas. Estuve dos dias y no conoci a nadie. Sayulita en si tampoco es gran cosa.

Turvaline, puhas, palju ruumi, hosteli kohta väga palju privaatsust. Sobib mugavustelt pikemaajaliseks peatumiseks, mitte vaid paariks ööks. Soovitan väga kindlalt!

Esta super limpio, cerca de la playa, si vas con carro te estacionas cerca pero tienes que pagar algo al señor del terreno. Pero me pareció muy limpio y chevere

Abosutely loved this place. Owners were nice and especially the volunteers there (Andrea and Benito) made the stay very memorable going above and beyond. Will recommend to others.

We stayed in apivate room. Clean room. Friendly staff. Beds were comfy enough,especially if you like harder matresses.

Ended up flying in a day earlier than my main reservation so checked into the hostel for the night. Clean, quiet, close to main Sayulita. I would definitely consider staying there again in the future.

Brilliant hostel! Very clean for a hostel and great facilities, the owner was very hospitable and the atmosphere was great to socialise with other travellers. Would definitely return.

This was a really good hostel to stay in. We stayed for over a week and it was pretty quiet and chill. They clean frequently and it was never dirty. Altogether definitely recommended!

The women in the dorm were fighting over who stole money from another, the bed was not comfortable and the top bunk felt dangerous to climb into and out of. Got sick immediately, suspected the filtered water. Not a great experience.

We are sorry that it has not been your best experience like other guests they have felt it. about the discussion since we cannot do anything. As for the water we want to say to you that the filtration system that we have this certified by a laboratory authorized in water analysis, every 3 months.

I had the opportunity to stay here for a lengthy stay. The staff were great, very attentive and friendly. The hostel has everything one needs for a comfortable stay. Clean, clean, clean. This hostel is amazingly clean.

The hostel was just what I was looking for. I was in town for a surf camp and basically just needed a bed. I really enjoyed the fridge space and lockers. The commmon spaces were clean and tidy at all times as well as the dormitories. I felt like the showers and bathroom in the girls dormitory could use some extra cleaning. But I know it's tough with so many girls coming and going and different schedules. Overall, everything was great. Helpful and friendly staff, anything you need just ask. I would definitely stay again.

It's definitely a good hostel, clean with good facilities. I stayed in a private room which was decent with a bathroom and AC (which was definitely needed in July). The price is a bit high but I guess the whole town of sayulita is expensive compared to other cities I've visited in mexico. If you have your own car, they only have 1 parking space.

Lo que me gusta más en este hostal es la amabilidad del personal y las cosas tan buenas que nos ofrece. Tenemos agua potable a voluntad. Igual, recogen frutas y las ponen en el refrigerador para todos los huéspedes, ¡a voluntad! Ese tipo de detalle no es común en hostales, y por eso me gustó mucho.

Convenient location to beach and center of Sayulita. Very clean and safe. Only complaint is that it needs air conditioning. Bring ear plugs for neighboring chickens and you'll be fine. Been here twice and really enjoyed it.

Great hostel! Well designed for coolness, and comfortable mattresses. Ideal location, and has a pool, and cooking facilities! Only slight downside is the water in the showers are lukewarm, not hot, but due to the heat, it's not a big problem.

The AHS is not posh, but it's a solid, economy-class lodging in Sayulita. I stayed in a private room, and can't vouch for the dorms, but the rooms & grounds were clean, and the staff helpful & professional.

Showers were terrible. No hot water just warm temp. Location of private room was not private. Outside my door was the wifi tables. Outside my window was a Spanish class every morning. If I didn't get sick I wouldn't have stayed in my room for so long.

really was a surprise to see your review is the lowest it has had the Hostel, we believed you were glad you never mentioned anything, the Spanish classes are not in the morning usually are mid-morning, I personally esforze on offer the best service and to make you feel comfortable, but now I see nothing helped.

The hostal facilities were nice, but located next to an extremely busy street that woke you up very early in the morning. The showers only run cold or tepid water. And they charge you for every little thing you want to do there... Including sitting down at a table to eat a sandwich as well as use the bathroom after you've checked out. We were able to leave our bags in their storage during our last day, but came back and found the "locked room" wide open.

You were in the hostel only one night when did checkin you knew the rules of the Hostel, you asked for keeping your bags at 11:00 am, when you come back in the evening want to use the Hostel, obviously you have to pay.

I was very happy staying at The Amazing Hostel. Service was great, attitudes were great, kitchen nice, wifi good, no complaints. Bedding clean and comfortable. Electric hot water that I didn't understand how to work until too late...very warm & friendly.
