Big warning!! I booked a room at this pension, paid 7 euros with my Visacard and got a confirmation e-mail. When I arrived there with my son, it turned out there were no room for me. After some arguing they offered to help me to get a room at another pension in a totally different part of the town, which I accepted. At the second place I paid in cash. When I came back to Sweden I realized that Recidencial Madalena took 50 euros from my account! I didn't even stay there. So I thought there was a mistake, but since then I have (with the help of a portuguese friend) tried to get in contact with the owner to get my money back, but he's hiding, still no money back. Clearly he's done this before. So - DON'T BOOK A THIS PLACE!!

Lo único bueno que tiene es la localización, en pleno centro de la ciudad. La habitación no la habian limpiado en mucho tiempo, era un cuchitril.

No me gustó nada la habitación que nos dieron, era muy pequeña y el baño muy viejo, el colchón muy incómodo. Lo único bueno es la situación ya que está muy cerca del centro aunque por las noches había mucho ruido.

Quando siamo arrivati, nonostante la prenotazione, non avevano stanze libere. Ci hanno messi in una stanza che originariamente era un bagno, le pareti erano completamente macchiate di umiditá, la finestra dava al corridoio, e il letto era in realtá un divano. Ovviamente non c'era il bagno in camera. Il personale in nessun momento si è scusato, ho dovuto discutere tre volte con loro perchè, dopo una settimana, mi restituissero i soldi (e nemmeno l'importo per intero).

L'hötel est très bien situé (en plein centre mais pas sur de grandes rues passantes) le seul bémol est la présence d'une boîte de nuit juste en face ce qui crée des nuisances sonores nocturnes importantes. Le personnel est aimable et les chambres sont simples et propres. Le petit déjeuner est passable (jus d'orange chimique et pain très moyen) mieux vaut aller prendre un jus d'orange pressé dans les cafés du coin.

No tienen parking como dicen. Esta ubicado en pleno centro de la ciudad. Lo malo es que esta en la zona de bares y hay mucho ruido si te dan una habitación exterior.

The hostel is located at center of Faro but you have nothing to do there. The description say "fridge" and doesn't have. The owner (or in charge) is always in bad humor. And more important: they "reserved" the total cost of your booking without notice you in advice (very bad custommers policy)!!

Its a kind of B&B. My bedroom was very nice. The location is perfect. The breakfast was ok. I just had a problem in get in touch with them before arrive. Because i changed my plans and decided stay just one night so i sent an email informing them about it but i did not get any replay and when i arrived they thought i did not come anymore. But in the end i got a bedroom.

Il residencial Madalena dovrebbe curare un pò di più la pulizia.Per il resto tutto bene, in paricolare la colazione. Ciao.

No Hostel, but a Pension. Internet only with own computer. Boss is ok and breakfastlady friendly, but overstrained. Rooms old, but cheap.

residence in una posizione centralissima, rispetta i tipici palazzi portoghesi con camere modeste ma pulite e ordinate. Soluzione ideale senza grandi pretese.

Typisch portugisisches Zimmer in sehr centraler Lage. Das Personal ist freundlich und für den Preis super. Immer wieder gern

Największym atutem jest położenie w samym centrum miasta.Tuż za rogiem bar z dyskoteką.McDonalds jakieś 150 metrów.100 metrów do dworca autobusowego skąd odjeżdzają autobusy na plażę i lotnisko.Godny polecenia.
