A nível da limpeza com atenção a alguns pormenores e seria perfeita.

We hoped for sth better. The hostel looked much better on the photos than in reality. We took a room with a private bathroom but it turned out that there is no door(!!!) between the room and the bathroom, that's why the smell when we came was pretty terrible. Moreover, it was very cold in our room. I understand that when we came was winter and it was cold in general, but in that case there should be some additional heating included in price (you have to pay extra 5 Euro per day for an electric heater). However, the owner gave us a heater for one night for free but only after our request. To sum up, it wasn't our best choice. Cheers

Quando cheguei a residencial não tínhamos quarto, e o seus gerentes não se preocuparam minimamente em resolver a situação. muito mau, nada recomendável

Económico, muy bien situado, servicio muy agradable, en general bien.

Ubicación excelente, todo el personal muy amable y servicial. Aún llegando fuera del horario de cierre de puerta, teniendo que tocar el timbre nunca nos pusieron ninguna pega.

Super bon accueil ! Menage fait tous les jours et gratuitement. Certains memebres du staff parlent français. Juste l'emplacement dans une rue assez bruyante la nuit..

Personnel très agréable et position dans Porto très bonne mais nous sommes tombes sur une chambre avec une micro-fenetre (donnant sur une cour intérieure ou sont les machines a laver et les etendoirs!) et surtout avec une salle de bains (si on peut l'appeler ainsi!) minuscule!

Assis sur les toilettes les genoux touchent le mur, et la douche est juste un trou sur le sol... Nous étions 3 dans cette chambre et c est ce qui nous a le plus gené.

Une amie avait pris une chambre individuelle dans le même hôtel et sa chambre et sdb étaient très correctes.

Excellent value for money, I stayed in a comfortable single room with a double bed and ensuite with TV. Great location, friendly staff, what more can you ask for?
