This family owned hostel provides accommodation with free Wi-Fi, clean sheets, rich breakfast and air-conditioning
Accommodation consists of rooms with bunk beds and private rooms with the following set up: 4-bed private room (no windows), 6-bed mixed dorm (no windows), 9-bed female dorm (no windows), 10-bed mixed dorm (with windows), 14-bed mixed dorm (with windows). All room come with shared toilet facilities.
River City Inn is located right in the heart of the Singapore city, 5 min walk from Clarke Quay MRT station, and are within walking distance from several attractions such as the Singapore River, Merlion Park, Esplanade, Chinatown, Fort Canning Park and Clarke Quay MRT Station.

Please contact us prior to arrival if in doubt.We will keep the room/bed for you for 3 hours from the stated time of arrival. After which it will be released for booking. If there is a delay in your itinerary, we would appreciate if you could let us know through phone or email.)

重要事项
• Prepayment policy: The total amount of the booking may be charged in advance of your arrival.
• All prices include free WiFi, lockers (with locks), clean toilets, bathrooms, clean linen and clean rooms.
• Our reception operating hours are 7-11am and 4-8pm for check-in. Do alert us if you require late check-in. We will arrange for a staff to work overtime to wait for you. Just make your way to the hostel, ring the bell upon arrival and our staff will come out to assist you. Prior arrangement required.
• Late check-in charges are as follows:
1) S$8 per booking from 8pm to 12 midnight, and
2) S$16 per booking after 12 midnight (alternatively, you may wait at the airport and catch the first train around 6am. Our staff will check you in from 7am to 11am the next day at no additional charge.)
• If you have an early flight, you may leave your luggage with us(7am to 11am) and use our facilities before heading out to explore the city. A booking for the previous night is required should you need a bed to rest immediately upon arrival from 7am to 4pm on your check-in day.
• If you have a late flight or bus to catch on the day of your check-out, you may leave your bags with us at no additional cost and collect your bags from 4pm to 8pm during reception operating hours.
• The air-conditioners in the dorms are turned on continuously throughout the night (9pm to 7am). The dorms are ventilated with fans during the day. The common area is fully air-conditioned during the day.
• To upkeep the environment of a backpackers hostel, we do not accommodate children below the age of 5. Children aged between 5 and 11 years can be accommodated in private rooms only, and not in dormitories. Children aged 12 and above can be accommodated either in private rooms or in dormitories.
• Please note that we are located on the 4th floor of a heritage shophouse without a lift.
• To upkeep the cleanliness of the hostel, no footwear is allowed indoors (except in the toilets). Guests may wear socks if they are not comfortable barefooted.
• We do not accept big groups above 8p. Please contact us prior to booking for large group bookings.
• Please note that not all our rooms/dormitories have windows. If you need to stay in a room with windows, please check with us before booking.

Booking made is non-refundable in the event of cancellation or modification. Payment will be charged to your card prior to arrival.
Please note that we are located on the 4th floor of a heritage shophouse WITHOUT a lift. To keep our prices low, we accept cash only for payment. Payment with credit card is subjected to a 5% administrative charge.
If you have an early flight, you may check in early(after 7am on the check in date) and use our facilities or you can leave your bags with us whilst you head out to explore the city. A booking for the previous night is required should you need to check in/leave your luggage with us before 7am. Likewise, if you have a late flight or bus to catch on the day of your checkout, you may leave your bags with us at no additional cost until 22:00hrs. Due to our limited capacity at our Inn, we do not accept Singaporeans/returning locals/PR/Foreigners holding work permits. Please contact us before booking whenever in doubt. To upkeep the cleanliness of the hostel, no footwear is allowed indoors (except in the toilets). Guest may wear socks if they are not comfortable barefooted. The air-con in the dorms are turned on continuously for 12 hours throughout the night (9pm to 9am). The dorms are ventilated with fans in the day. The common area is fully air-conditioned during the day. We do not accept groups above 8 pax. Please contact us before booking on the website. Please note that not all our rooms/dorms have windows. If you need to stay in a room with windows, please check with us before booking.
Please note that alcoholic beverages are not permitted within the hostel after 10pm to ensure that in-house guests are able to get a good night's rest.
