J’ai trouvé l’emplacement et l’appartement séparé en plusieurs chambres très charmant. Il y a juste un petit quoique sur la propreté de la salle de bain et les toilettes. Mais dans l’ensemble on est bien accueilli et pour le prix c’est top.

aucun respect. chambre infecte extrêmement bruyante non pas de l'extérieur mais toutes les conduites d'eau y passe et les douches jusque 3 h du matin en continu, les lavabos, les machines à laver, les wc, les portes qui claquent. La fenêtre donne sur un bouge à l'arrière où dès 7h du matin les marteaux piqueurs se chargent de mettre l'ambiance. le lit doit dater d'une 30aine d'années et il n'y a aucune lumière ni de place autre que sur le lit. une semaine sans dormir. viva barcelona

Lucho is great (place is family owned)
A little older, but great value for price and clean.

(femme voyageant en solo). Très vieille et très petite chambre sombre dont la fenêtre donne sur le tambour arrière. la chambre aurait besoin d'un rafraichissement ou rajeunissement. Un frigo était dans la chambre. L'endroit est calme et les toilettes dans le corridors sont propres. On peut laisser les bagages en consigne. Le propriétaire est très gentil.

Très bien située, cette pension offre un bon rapport qualité/prix. Petit b-mol: Pas de changement de la seule serviette en une semaine, pas de meuble pour mettre les vêtements, qqs chambres avec fenêtre sur minuscule cours sans lumière mais sans bruit aussi!!!
Pour € 25 à 27,50/personne, on ne demande pas trop non plus!!

Nice place, though a tad too small for 3 guests. However, the location is great as we're located one street away from Las Ramblas and is right smack in the middle of a shopping street. The owner was helpful and gave great recommendations on where to eat.

Could not recommend Pension Arosa enough!
Great location - everywhere is within walking distance or just hop on to the Metro, which is only up the road.
As with any City; be responsible at night and be weary of pickpockets generally (but don't let that deter you, otherwise you'd never leave your house!).
Amenities within the room were just right for us (x3 young ladies); fridge, sink/hand-held shower and balcony overlooking the street!
Communication with staff were perfect and straight forward. Upon arrival (we were able to check-in earlier than stated, so are flexible) we were given an introduction to the place and made to feel very welcome.
I would definitely go back. :)

La pensione si presenta pulita. Il proprietario è molto disponibile. Un pò rumorosa la stanza dato l'affaccio su una delle vie principali di barcellona. Prezzo ottimo

Hotel idéalement localisé (dans le Barrio Gotic) et très bien tenu ! L'administrateur de la pension (Lucio) a été très disponible pendant tout notre séjour ! Je recommande donc vivement ! Le seul petit inconvénient serait l'isolation des chambres donnant sur la rue qui est à mon sens insuffisante.

Nice clean hostel. the price was inclusive towels, but we had to ask for it everytime. the owner, Lucho, was a little cantankerous.
Further good to stay in the centre of Barca.

Ostello posizionato benissimo. Stanze grandi e comode. Pulizia perfetta. Lucio (il proprietario)disponibilissimo per tutto ma veramente tutto (ci ha prestato persino la bilancia per pesare il bagaglio della Ryanair). Consigliato al 100%)

場所は、とてもいい。オーナーも親切。
１人部屋のトイレ・シャワー共同に宿泊。
部屋は狭いが、ベットは少し大きめ。建物が古い。音が響くが、夜は静か。エレベーターは、２階からしか使用出来なかった。シーツ・タオル・ゴミ箱は、自己申告で交換してくれる。

Otima localizaçao (menos de 2 min a pè das ramblas e a 1 minuto a pe do metro), otimo atendimento e limpeza impecavel!ADOREI o lugar.E o Lucho, dono da pensao, com toda sua simpatia, da um charme ao lugar!Recomendo!

Excellente adresse !!! C'est vraiment très propre, pas cher, très bien situé (en plein centre ville) et le patron est aussi accueillant que serviable. Nous avons vraiment passé un excellent séjour. La pension est calme dans la mesure où il n'y a que peu de monde : 7 chambres en tout. Seul bémol, les chambres sont un peu exigües et peu lumineuses mais si vous n'y êtes que pour dormir, c'est parfait !

sono appena tornata Barcellona e non posso che esprimere un'ottimo giudizio su questa pensione.Lucio,il gestore, è una persona cordiale e disponibile.appena arrivata mi ha consigliato un posto (da lui frequentato)per la cena:"La Dolça Herminia":vicinissimo all'alloggio,prezzi contenuti, qualità cibo buona (una paella mista 7.25euro a persona,porzioni abbondanti)in un ambiente chic e pulitissimo!
riguardo la Pension Arosa:posizione ottimale per spostamenti,shopping e divertimento:a 2passi da pizza catalunya.sebbene avessimo prenotato una doppia senza bagno ci ha assegnato una quadrupla.il lavandino in camera fondamentale!gli altri servizi erano in due bagni separati comunque molto puliti.l'arredamento è essenziale ma per chi come me decide di fare una visita di 3giorni questo posto è perfetto!

jak na Barcelonę jest to tani nocleg, bardzo dobra lokalizacja, miła i profesjonalna obsługa, duży minus to niektóre pokoje bez okna.

The room was really small, but had everything I payed for: A large bed, a sink and a fridge. I stayed very well here. The location near Plaça Catalunya, the Ramblas and the Barri Gòtic was really exciting and so was Lucho, the man who manages the pension. Furthermore, the price is really nice for the area and for a single room. Would definitely come back here!

Per un week-end mi sono trovata bene,proprio nel centro di barcellona,molti luoghi importanti possono essere tranquillamente raggiunti a piedi.Atmosfera familiare e proprietario disponibilissimo.

I chose this hostel for the second time in Barcelona and I will take it everytime I will be there!!! Location is THE BEST OF THE BEST - extremely close to Rambla, Placa Catalunya and to many attractions. There is very good safety - three doors locked. Veeery nice and really CLEAN. I love this place.

It's a hostel at a really good position, right at Plaça de Catalunya where everthing for tourists starts. The manager Lucho is very friendly and kind and if you need anything or have a question he'll be right there ready to help you.

En arrivant on a l'impression que le responsable a acheté un appart et en a fait un hostel. L'auberge est très calme, intime et bien située. Le responsable est sympa mais ne donne pas trop d'infos sur la ville, la météo etc. Petit inconvénient, depuis notre chambre (3 lits) on sentait parfois des relents d'égouts lorsqu'on avait la fenêtre ouverte...

I think the better hostel in Barcelona ! Right on downtown, little pension with small bedrooms and shower in it !! I recommand Pension Arosa for people who wants to visit a city or do the party

Il posto è in una via quasi parallela alla Rambla e basta passare per una vietta che ci si ritrova dentro. Praticamente è in centro ed in più è in un negozio di cravatte!! Il personale non sempre è a disposizione purtroppo ma quando c'è è molto di aiuto. Una cosa che non ho apprezzato è stato il fatto che non vengono cambiate le lenzuola, probabilmente per lasciare privacy a chi alloggia, però più pulizia sarebbe gradita...
