Student Residence located 8 km from Seville. It is located next to Universitary Campus Bormujos. All rooms are fully equipped with: air conditioning/heating, furniture, fully equipped kitchen, telephone, broad-band Internet connection (ADSL), and bathroom with toilet and shower.Shared laundry facilities are also available.Reception closes at 19.00 every evening so arrangementes need to be made for the collection of keys if you will be arriving after this time.

(IMPORTANT: Our office is open from 9 till 14, and from 16 to 19 PM; the day you arrive you must collect room keys during this schedule. In case you cannot arrive in time, we will leave an envelope with your name and the room keys inside in the Phoenix Bar. We will send you attachment a map with the right location of the Phoenix Bar. We would be grateful if you would send us an e-mail, with your name and arrival date informing us about your estimated arrival time to Seville.)
