KEKOVA – KALE KÖY (Simena)



Would you like to break away from the noisy city life at Kekova, Kale Köy, a heavenly corner of our country with a unique beauty, called Simena in the old times, to float in the turquoise waters of the Mediterrnean, to climb through narrow, maze-like streets among the village houses, preserving their natural and historical features, reaching the Lycian citadel standing in its full grandeur with the smallest theater in Turkey within its walls, and to watch the sunset as you sip the wine you have brought along?

Our boarding house is right on the coast at Kale Köy, as the name suggests. We have 4 rooms at our boarding house. The rooms are decorated meticulously with no exaggeration, carrying the features of a typical village house. All our rooms are equipped with shower, toilet and air conditioning. The rooms all face the sea with a rather large terrace in front. As you sit there, you can plainly see the sunken city and the submerged Royal Tomb, visited by hundreds of people every day. You can plunge into the Mediterranean from the pier just in front of our boarding house and enjoy the sun, laying on the chaiselounges.

As you wake up in the morning, if the delicious smell of “gözleme” drifts into your nostrils, you will know that it is time for breakfast. Our primary aim at our boarding house is to enable our esteemed guests to have a peaceful holiday.
