- The Child over 10 years old will be charge 100 % as a dult charge.

CANCELLATION& NO SHOW:

The Buyer shall notify the Hotel in writing of the cancellation of any confirmed reservation request. Any cancellation will be charged as follows:
• Cancellation within 05 to 02 days prior to arrival date will be charged 30% of one night stay room charge of total rooms booked.
• Cancellation within 24 hours will be charged 50% of one night stay room charge of total rooms booked.
• No show room will be charged 100 % of one night room charge of total rooms booked.
• All Cancellation, Adjustment, Confirmation should be in writing, fax or by email with booker’s signature, verbal is not entertained.
