- 50% charge if cancellation is made from 3 to 5 days prior arrival date
- Full charge if cancellation is made 1 day prior arrival date
- No-show: full charge on all rooms and reserved services.

(Low Seasons)
- No charge if cancellation is made 05 days prior arrival date
- 50% charge if cancellation is made from 2 to 5 days prior arrival date
- Full charge if cancellation is made 1 day prior arrival date
