3. For a late check out to 18:00 hours, a 50% charge of applicable daily contract rate applies.
4. For check outs after 18:00 hours, one full night contract rate applies.

* Children policy:
1. Child less than 5 years of age: complimentary breakfast, occupied room with parents and be provided baby cot if required.
2. Child aged 6-11 years: occupied room with parents and breakfast will be charged at US$7net/ person/day.
3. Child 12 years and above: occupied room with parents and breakfast will be charged at 14nett/ person/ day

* Cancellation policy:

a)Late Cancellation and Late Amendment fees:
50% of total room charge 7 days prior to the first arrival date
100% of total room charge 3 days prior to the first arrival date

b)In case of no show: No show fully charge (total of stay)
