Overall our stay was sufficient but I did smell a slightly overwhelming scent of cat urine. For those who have cats it may not be noticeable but for those who don't (like myself) it could be bothersome. The staff is the best part of a stay at this hostel. They are all very friendly and helpful.

A distance from the bus station but close to the market and bars and restaurants. One guy there who works overnights/early mornings was super nice and helpful! Got my laundry done too!

The desk staff was a bit condescending towards me. I was over charged and he reimbursed my money with out any major problems, but when I tried to speak Spanish to me he explained that it would be better if I spoke to him in English because my spanish was so bad. I was offended.

The room couldn`t be closed but there was a locker. It was very loud at nighttime because of the street. At breakfast there was some problems. It wasn`t enough for everybody but the stuff was very friendly!

Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff, did a good job of handling a flood of people during the high season. It would be nice if they had a remote door unlock, so you didn't have to hear the door bell ringing all hours of the day and night. Love that Hermann.

nuestra experiencia como familia en el hostel fue excelente sobre todo por que viajamos con un niño de 2 años y la atencion que nos brindo el personal fue muy buena y siempre preocupados de nuestro bienestar en el hostel y la mejor onda posible siempre. la limpieza siempre fue muy buena. lo recomendamos 100% Jimena andrade, cesar Muñoz

O hostel e super legal. O atendimendo e demais, as pessoas sao mais do que prestativas e nos ajudaram com tudo que precisavamos. Totalmente recomendavel!

The staf is amazing, super friendly and helpful. The bed and bathrooms are clean. The main plus are the communion rooms, all different rooms outside and inside on different levels, very cosy!

Sin duda lo mejor de todo, la gente (staff). Muy simpáticos, pasé dos noches nada más y pasé muy buenos momentos con ellos, siempre a las órdenes y con las mejores ganas.

I can highly recommend this hostel! It´s situated just 5min from the city centre,20min from the bus station and 30min from the beach. The rooms are clean and the showers work perfectly. The special feature is the roof terrace, were you can enjoy a barbecue. All the staff is really nice and more than helpfull!

It is a brand new hostal, not finished yet. The staff are brand new too. It gives some small problems. I am sure, it will be excellent - they work hard for it.
