Hostel Casa del Parque is a quiet hostel, family oriented and pet friendly, come and relax with your friends and chill with our dog or our cat, the house was built in 1950 and the once big manor has been changed into a hostel, a lot of the original furniture remains as well as beautiful decoration.Our bilingual staff will be happy to offer recommendations, travel advice, and make you feel as much at home as possible. Accommodation
we offer a 10 bed dorm (no bunk beds)with plenty of space between beds so its not awkward, 2 private rooms with shared bathroom (double beds), one big family room that accommodate up to 5 people (one double bed and 3 singles) and 2 private rooms with private bathroom (king size beds)

Services and activities
We offer a beautiful garden for you to sit and relax with our tropical weather surrounded by plants and beautiful flowers, also there is a nice room with a flatscreen TV and an big movie library for you to relax at night or enjoy a nice movie when its raining, we offer book swapping and a nice living room with a comfy couch to curl up with a book and enjoy a coffee from the family´s farm

Hostel Casa del Parque is located on the eastern central side of San Jose, in Barrio California. Directly across the street from the city’s leafy National Park, the hostel has the benefit of a huge borrowed backyard.
