The apartment is in Crnomerec district, and form the terrace, you can view the countryside of Slovenia and the mountains. The atmosphere of the neighborhood is very quiet and relaxed, and the apartment is perfect for young travelers, couples, small groups.

This property is situated on 5th floor in newer building with elevator with 40sq meters of living space on the 1st floor plus a large gallery on the 2nd level. The main level holds entry hall, open plan kitchen, an enclosed balcony and open terrace, separate double bedroom, living room, and bathroom. The property is equipped with central gas heating, air-condition, washing machine, 1 parking space reserved in the basement. The apartment is less than 10 minutes from city center.



Services and activities
The entire flat is for use. There is an enclosed balcony, and also a terrace. Smoking is prohibited inside the flat, but smoking is possible on the terrace.
Please be respectful of neigbors after 10pm on the terrace and no loud music/noise after 11pm inside the apartment

Surroundings
For guests that would like to stay out late and delve into Zagreb's nightlife, you can walk into the city center from the apartment and then walk back after a late night out if you wish.
