About us
My name is Mercedes. I am an engineer and hold a Master Degree. I own a colonial property of the early twentieth century which is spacious, bright, with masonry walls and high ceilings and mosaic floors.
The family home of 'Centrally located house' provides comfort and safety. The project to rent private and independent rooms started in July 2016 and since then it has offered a cultural service of tourist interest to their guests.

Accommodation
The family house 'Centrally located house' has 4 spacious and airy rooms, but we only rent 2 double private rooms. One is air-conditioned, has a TV and a private bathroom for the use of the guest only. The other room is equipped with fans and its bathroom is shared with the family. The rooms are well-furnished, have double beds and have a set of towels at the guest’s disposal.
The house is on the first floor and has common spaces for the enjoyment of the guests.

Services and activities
The house is on the first floor and has common spaces for the enjoyment of the guests. It consists of a dining room, a hall and a living room with a balcony overlooking the street and offering beautiful views of VEDADO. We also put a cell phone with a national cellular telephone line at the guest’s disposal.
Services we offer: breakfast, laundry service, local and national taxi, pickup in and to the airport. We also arrange national trips to the whole country (Varadero, Viñales, Playa Girón...

Surroundings
Hostel Location:

You can walk between 10 and 30 minutes to Centro Habana and Old Havana (Parque Central), 3 minutes to the University of Havana, 2 minutes to the bust of Julio Antonio Mella (a university leader) and in 10 minutes, taking the Rampa Street, you will be by the sea walking along Havana water front, a point of meetings and misunderstandings full of history and love.

Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Near the house there are a variety of museums, galleries, shops...
