About us
Château de la Redorte and its outbuildings welcome you to a typical village in the south of France.
The castle, very close to the magnificent Canal du Midi, is a perfect example of the buildings built in the 19th century in Languedoc, during the first golden age of local viticulture. The Artois family has lived within its walls for five generations. This elegant monument of Languedoc heritage exploits two hectares of vines, taken over by master winemaker Frantz Vènes.

THE CANAL DU MIDI
A real charming stopover on the Canal du Midi, take the time to explore its shaded paths by bike to reach the nice quay of Homps or Argens Minervois where pleasant open-air cafe (guinguettes) will delight you.
Try a barge cruise on the Canal from Homps.

In spring or autumn, the soft lights of the Minervois will seduce you on horseback to discover the flowering of the vines and beautiful panoramas.
