Go straight South in front of the station and walk on boulevard Marechal Joffre.
Turn left on boulevard Omar Serraut.
Keep walking then turn right on boulevard Jean Jaures.
Walk 200 meters to number 22, on the left side of the street.

Total time from the station on foot: about 10min.
