Hotel Sparta Team *

Even though probably the cheapest in town, and the location seems convenient from the map, you don't realize the feeling of danger and the very decadent (not in a hipster way) state of the hotel until you get there. We realized that there was a fleas/bedbugs infestation and got almost no support from the staff. They offered no flexibility for sharing the dormitory with the friends we booked with and forced us to share with people who were likely seasonal workers and were renting the room since long time and with completely different needs than us (alarm at 5 am, for example). In general, the hotel is not clean nor tidy, and my bed was really uncomfortable (but my friends did not experience the same).

I really enjoyed authentic greece hospitality at Hotel Sparta Team. Very cooperative staff, clean accomodations and a great atmosphere amongst the guests. Highly recommend staying here :D

Wery dirty area around here.

Staff was helpful and room was clean though tiny. Surrounding area was sketchy, was afraid to walk there at night alone.

Globalement, bon rapport qualité/prix. Salle commune agréable. Mais pas de climatisation efficace dans la chambre, pas d'équipement pour ranger vêtements etc., pas d'ordinateur à disposition...

Le personnel de nuit n est pas disponible et aimable

Pro: Located close to Omonia metro station. Makes it easy to access other places such as Acropolis, Piraeus port, Airport and KTEL Bus Terminal B. Rooms are adequate if all you want is a place to drop bags and sleep. Staff are kind and helpful. Near to bus stop for getting to Terminal A (Just up one block).

Con: Street its located on is off putting. But this atmosphere shouldn't put you off. Walking around Athens is kinda scary anyways.

Hotel położony w brudnej i śmierdzącej częsci Aten. Plusem jest bliskość centrum ale otoczenie okropne (samochód trzymaliśmy na parkingu strzeżonym co poradziła nam obsługa hotelu). Ale najgorsza była noc- pokój był pełen robactwa, pogryzły nas pluskwy! To najgorsze miejsce w jaki przyszło mi spać!

My partner and I got the impression (just the impression) that there were some fleas in our room. Everything else was really nice.

Thank you the hostel is really nice and close to the center, but often you feel sigarette smoke in your room coming from somewhere... And a lot of illigal people live in this area that make noise during the night. A little bit strange system of lights working in WC. In general, facilities are ok and staff are really helpful :)

Very nice service, nice and clean room, the common bathroom could be a little improved, but for this price it is a very advisable place :)
