About us
On the Residence grounds we have 6 fully furnished rooms, hot showers, wifi, and purified water. Residents have access to a full kitchen where they are able to prepare meals. Residents are served breakfast as part of their stay.

Low Season: $15USD per person / per night. Breakfast is included.
High Season: Christmas, New Years, and Easter seasons require a reservation in advance and rooms are offered at package prices to accommodate the increase in guests. Please contact us with your travel

Accommodation
Room 1: Xela – 2 single beds
Room 2: Antigua – 2 double beds
Room 3: Tikal – 2 double beds with connected master suite capable of sleeping 6 people.
Room 4: Atitlan – 2 double beds

Services and activities
The residence is an old property with a back yard for resting, or reading. The main patio holds a nice fountain and large space for reading or just have a cup of coffee.

Surroundings
a very short wall from the school you will find the most famous icon of the city (the arch of Santa Catalina. walking north one of the most preties churches are founded and on the way you will find restaurants, pubs, caffees, and shops.
