About us
is situated in a tourist center called Fondachello, just 50 meters from the sea, and offers accommodation in two-rooms apartments with large courtyards at ground floor and two-rooms apartments with large terraces at first floor.

Accommodation
All apartments are Italian style furnished, are air conditioned and have flat screen TV; the apartments consist of a comfortable living room with and kitchen area, double bedroom and en suite bathroom with bidet and shower.
All the apartments have large terraces overlooking Mount Etna or large gardens with sunbeds, sunshades and barbecue.

Moreover the Residence offers entertainment facilities such as: a tennis court, a play area for children, a ping-pong tables area, a football’s table area and a relax area.
