Lido Elegant Apartment Beach Art & Film Festival

We had a terrible experience at this place, verbally abused and put in a really unpleasant situation. I booked a room for 4 with en-suite bathroom, but when we got there our room had been rented to other people. Leaving us with no other option but to sleep in the host's house. The room was basically their home living room meaning it had no door nor a bathroom. We would have to go into their room to use the hosts' bathroom and the owners would have to walk through our "room" to access the rest of the house. In order to shower, the host instructed us to use a guest room shower, while they were gone. On top of it all, we had to pay the same amount we were expected to pay for a private bedroom with en suite bathroom, door and breakfast. The host was incredibly rude and abusive, took advantage of our situation, gave us a terrible service and charged us a ridiculous high amount. Also, It seemed as they're avoiding paying taxes because they never asked for our documents nor gave us a receipt –which makes it ilegal. This is probably the worst experience we've ever had and we strongly recommend you to NOT STAY HERE.
