B&B Dream Venice Airport

OTHERS IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Room air-conditioned is an extra service on request and it costs 10 euros per day (5 euro if requested in the booking). Free in common areas.
- The 'mini bar' is charged on consumption, prices are in the supply room behind the door.
- All services not mentioned in the booking room are considered extra and they are not included in the room price.
- The shuttle service is on request (ask the rates at the reception).
- Check-in made after 23:00 must be always communicated by telephone to the hotel, and will be a surcharge of EUR 10.00 for each hour of delay beginning at 23:00.
- Damage made in the hotel, not reported at check out, will be charged on your credit card, the damage will be estimated by us, a copy of the invoice will be sent to the customer with details by email.


CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be carried out 48 hours before the arrival date. In the event of a no-show OR a late cancellation the B&B Dream has the right to charge the first night’s accommodation.

Check-in from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Check-out untill 10:30 a.m.

If you leave your room during your stay we will charge all the remaining nights.

Please, specificate the kind of accomodation what you need: double bed or single beds. If we don't recive any confirmation e-mail about this, it will be prepeared 1 double bed (for 2 pers.) for all kinds of rooms.

-150 m from highway A4-A27, exit “Dese-Marcon”;
-2 km from the Venice Casino of Ca’Noghera;
-1 km from the different Mega-Store, shopping centres, cinema Warner Village, Mc Donald’s and
other;
-10 minutes from golf’s fields;
-20 min from the most popular end famous Adriatic beaches (Cavallino, Esolo, Caorle);
-200 m from the bas stop.

HOW TO REACH US:

BY CAR:

from Milano to Venice Highway A4, after the tollgate go straight for about 5 km direction 'Airport'. Than on your right you'll see Petrol pump 'Agip' with a service area 'Bazzera sud'. After that you must to go straight for about 500mts and follow direction 'Airport'. Go straight for 1.5 km and take the first exit 'Dese-Marcon', take the round and turn right at the 1-st exit (Dese).
Attention please, Just after the round the 1-st street on your left is Via delle Garzette. Go straight ahead until you will find our B&B.

If your navigator GPS don't find our stree, so you must to write ' Via dei Fagiani'. Our street is between this 'via dei Fagiani' and motorway.

FROM HISTORIC CENTER OF VENICE, VENICE RAILWAY STATION (S. Lucia),VENICE CRUISE PORT(Venice Passenger Terminal):

go to Piazzale Roma, take the bus n. 19, n.4 (late ivening) or 84 and get off at the next bus stop after 'Dese centro' bus stop. Go straight for about 20 mts and turn right in Via delle Garzette (it's after Via Dei Fagiani). You will find our B&B there.
For arrive directly in Dese without change the bus you can cach the bus N 19 from Piazzale Roma at this time: 14-03; 15-03; 17-03;19-03 or the bus N. 4 at this time: 22-03; 23-03. The next bus what you can take for reach us directly from Piazzale Roma is the bus N 84.


At other times it's also possible to reach our BB, but you need to change the bus. So, from Piazzale Roma take the bus N 19 or N 4 (20-30 min.) take off in the last bus stop (Favaro Capolinea) than cach the bus N 9 and arrive directly in Dese (it takes about 5 min. only to way), get off at the next bus stop after 'Dese centro' bus stop. Go straight for about 20 mts and turn right in Via delle Garzette (it's after Via Dei Fagiani).
You will find our B&B there..

Attention, please. If you cange the bus, you don't need to buy 1 more ticket.

From Railway Station of Mestre:

From Mestre Railway Station you can take directly bus N 9 (there is 1 bus at 13 and 43 min.of every hour) and get off at the 3rd bus stop of Dese(this is the next bus stop after 'Dese-center' bas stop). Go straight for about 20 mts and turn right in Via delle Garzette (it's after Via Dei Fagiani). You will find our B&B there.

From Venice International Airport (Marco Polo) -Tessera
>From Venice- Marco Polo International Airport take bus N 45, get off in Piazza Pastrello in Favaro, then change bus taking n.9 or n.19 (direction Marcon) and get off at the next bus stop after 'Dese centro' bus stop. Go straight for about 20 mts and turn right in Via delle Garzette (it's after Via Dei Fagiani). You will find our B&B there.

FROM VENICE-TREVISO AIRPORT (S. Angelo)
From Venice - Treviso Airport take shuttle 'Eurobus Service ATVO' direction Venice .The price for the ticket is 5 euro for 1 pers. You must to get off at Raylway Station of Mestre, than you can take bus N 9 (Direction Marcon) and get off at the next bus stop after 'Dese centro' bus stop. Go straight for about 20 mts and turn right in Via delle Garzette (it's after Via Dei Fagiani). You will find our B&B there.
