About us
Woodland Beach Resort started out as a family home away from home in the mid 90's. As interest for ecotourism grew in this small, idyllic fishing town due to the seasonal migration of whale sharks, so did the resort. The property's first guests where marine biologists and environmentalists, interested in preserving the rich wildlife of Donsol, specifically the whale sharks. Woodland Beach Resort provides great value accommodation for the budget traveler.

Accommodation
Woodland Beach Resort boasts three types of accommodation that fits for any budget.

The dormitory housing consists of seven rooms, each with three large double size beds. Each room also has its own bathroom complete with hot shower, large windows, high ceilings, two wall fans and a lockable cabinet for each guest.

For more privacy choose a room equipped with single and double sized beds for 2, 3 or 4 people and with air conditioning.

Services and activities
The property has its own restaurant and bar. There is also an infinity pool that overseas the sea. Internet access is readily available at these areas with no additional charge to the guest. There is also a large garden that is well maintained.

Surroundings
Woodland Beach Resort is located right at the tourist area in Donsol. The property enjoys a wide beach front, and is close to all the areas of interest in the city. Apart from the whalesharks, Tourists can enjoy firefly watching in the evenings and island hopping. For divers, Donsol can be a treat. The city boasts one of the few areas in the world where one can witness manta rays.
