This building was built at the beginning of the twentieth century and was restored at the beginning of 2018. Instead of modern decoration, some classic architectural and decorative concepts have been preserved, such as the wooden high ceilings and the beautiful staircase.

Our mission is to provide a great stay for all those who are interested to spend some time in Porto to visit this magnificent city!

Accommodation
In our property we have to offer 5 apartments, all diferent and independent of each other. We have 3 apartments at the front of the building (first, second and third floor), all with a beautiful balcony facing the Coliseum of Porto and the famous street of Passos Manuel. The other 2 apartments are facing the back but are the larger apartments.

Surroundings
Our property is very well located, in the center of the city of Porto. Right in front of 194 Porto. Flats, is located the Coliseum of Porto, a large show room that welcomes artists from all over the world, and if you go down the street you will find the famous street of Santa Catarina, which attracts thousands of tourists a year.
For lunch, just leave our building and next to it you will find some good restaurants to taste the famous Francesinhas do Porto.

The best we have to offer is our friendliness and dedication as well as well decorated spaces that convey peace and serenity to those who want to relax. But it also offers proximity to the city Invicta which, for those looking for fun is great!
