The Hostal Alambra Suites, located on the second floor of the palace where the french Empress Doña Eugenia de Montijo spent her childhood, reopen in April 2009 after a major renovation. The Hostal Alhambra Suites is a mixture of pure nineteenth century Spanish Classicism and the modernity of her new facilities, with exquisite minimalist decoration.
Located in the center of Madrid,only 20 meters away from the Puerta del Sol, the Hostal Alhambra Suites is the ideal destination for families and couples alike, allowing them to experience the authentic Madrid. The hotel is walking distance from many of Madrid’s major cultural centers and landmarks: El Museo Thyssen-Bornemizsa, El Museo Nacional del Prado, Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía, the Plaza Mayor, Royal Palace and the Opera, among others.
