Kalkan Apart Room Rental
Annexed to a villa, three luxury apart rooms are rental. In the center of Kalkan, with 3 minute walking distance to markets and only 5 minutes to marina, Villa’s perfect location makes Lycia Sun Apart Rooms favored. Apart rooms are independently accessed. Large terrace with a beautiful garden is equipped with a dedicated swimming pool of 6 X 10 m servicing to three apart rooms only. Rooms are rental separately or together depending on availability. If you think an economy holiday you are at right place.
One room is 40 sqm, others are 28 sqm with luxury bath-WC, double bed, wardrobe, whatnot, double sofa bed, TV, Wi-Fi internet connection, table and four chairs, cooker, fridge, kettle, toaster, cutlery, air-conditioner, barbecue, pool side pillows and necessary linen-bath towels-curtain-carpet etc. Rooms can sleep up to 4, but due to its size it is recommended to suit a couple or a family of three persons. For larger groups, we recommend two or three room rental together. Kitchenette in the rooms can easily serve for breakfast cooks and simple meals. Kitchenette does not provide oven. Barbecue is common for three rooms and coal is provided upon request.
Linen and towels are changed once a week. No beach towel is provided.
Our low rental prices that are cheaper more than 400 £/week from other ordinary apartments will let you save enough for outside dining, where you will enjoy a holiday without washing dishes. Meanwhile, romantic nights will be yours as you visit Kalkan’s lovely restaurants.
Credit cards are not accepted. Balance should be paid in cash upon checking. Minumum one week reservation is required. Change day is usually Monday. However, for longer period stays, please contact us for a flexible changeover day.
