About us
Our guests will enjoy their stay in our newly renovated neoclassical apartment and will be greeted by our courteous staff. The rooms have been completely renovated in 2012, equipped with TV, air conditioning, fridge and bathroom. Furthermore, the apartment has a 20 sqm terrace with ocean view and a large living room. The rooftop can also be used and will be extended within the next months. On request, a full breakfast can be served. The kitchen can be used by the guests.

Accommodation
The 2 rooms are equipped with double beds, and a 3rd single bed in addition. Further we rent one smaller room w/o TV but all other facilities as Air-condition, Bathroom with shower, fridge. Room service, sheets and towels are included.



Services and activities
The spaceous seaview and avenue view terrace offers the visitors a place to join up with others, take the breakfast together in the sunrise or a dancing class in the evening. Cocktails, coffee, fruit juices, sandwiches and other Cuban specialities are served all over the day.
The common kitchen and saloon can also be used to watch TV, plan journeys (lots of information, travel guides are for free in the library) play games or cook together. Further is a washing machine avaiable.

Surroundings
The hostel is located in the heart of the Vedado district, at the prestigious Avenida de Presidentes (Calle G), and one block away from La Rampa (Calle 23), the main shopping street with its restaurants, cinemas and nightlife. The location is perfectly situated to discover Havana, lots of sights are just a short walk away, like the Christopher Columbus cemetary, Revolution Square, Hotel Nacional, the Malecon street, as well as the University of Havana. There are also several collective taxis.

Why should you stay with us
The place is located very centric, nightlife just around the corner as well as very good cuisine at modest prices. Transport to go around the town are also right next and buses leaving to Trinidad, Santiago, Varadero, Vinales stop at 500 m distance at the Habana Libre Hotel. The guest house staff is very helpful and saves you a lot of time and money with their informations and organization.
