7 kilometers from La Clayette in a tiny village in Saone-et-Loire - 71 - named Châtenay, Bernadette and Bernard Jolivet offer their guest rooms classified 3 stars according to the Gites de France located in an old granite stone farmhouse. granite is a local stone commonly used in Burgundy.
Three bedrooms with modern comforts are available for a capacity of 8 people in this Bed and Breakfast.

Enjoy a big room in the ground floor where you'll have breakfast included in the price, a small sitting area with a wood burning stove and a kitchen. All these facilities are at your disposal if you want to prepare a meal for yourself in the day. Also, you will have access to the internet in the room, either wifi with your equipment or from the computer free service that can potentially serve as a CD or DVD player.

Outside chairs and green spaces will allow you to relax and enjoy the beautiful summer days. If time permits, you'll be able to enjoy your breakfast outside with the two garden furniture. For children, a wooden portico is at their disposal.

The arrival in our rooms is after 16h, if you need to leave your luggage earlier, thank you for telling us beforehand, we will keep them until you come to collect the keys.

You need to check out before 11:30 on the day of your departure.

The breakfast time is fixed upon arrival, we accept the early birds and late risers, simply agree on the time the previous day.

Breakfast, daily cleaning and change of towels are included in the room price, kindly let us know if you do not want them.

If you do not rent the 3 bedrooms, kindly respect other guests who often appreciate the calm of our rooms.

The kitchen is at your disposal, you can use kitchen utensils as long as you clean them after use. The tables outside as well as inside are at your disposal.

We have wifi but we reserve the right to disable it if someone ask for it. You will still have access to the internet by the wired network. An outlet and an ethernet cable is available in every room.

If you have a 2 wheels or bikes, we can find a place to shelter.

Reservation:
A deposit of 30 percent is requested when booking.. The balance will be requested at check in the guest rooms.
This system enables a firm and immediate booking with guest rooms Jolivet, as soon as paiement is sent and confirmed, you are sure to have your room booked. Nevertheless, it does not yet rate differences based on the number of persons or different discounts offered on the site. Do not worry, prices will of course be corrected when you come and pay the balance.

Cancellation Policy:
1. more than 7 days before your arrival date, the deposit will be refunded excluding bank charges.
2. less than 7 days before the deposit will be retained.
