Service and hospitality of this hostel is terrible. Moreover, manager of the hostel is a liar.
Check out time in hostel is 12:00. When we arrived in evening, 2 of 3 ours beds were not cleaned and made up. Moreover some strange man was sleeping on one of the beds. Manager promised us that they would give us a discount for such inconvenience. But at our check-out, when I reminded about promised discount, manager denied to give us a discount. Moreover he argued with me that he had not promised so. The tone of argue was very rude!!! I advice every one not to use services of this hostel.

Very clean place in a calm neighbourhood, a bit far from city center but next to the LRT/tram. I would stay there again.

Рекомендую хостел: чистое белье, "свежие" номера, дружелюбный персонал, не шумно. От центра пешком минут 20-30, прямо под окнами метро. В каждой комнате свой туалет и душ, чистота.

Place is cosy and nice. Room is clean and not very crowded. The only thing is that I book a room which is indicted as “1 bed/s in standard 1 bed/s female dorm with private bathroom” on the website and also on the confirmation email. Although the price of this room is the same as the 4 mixed room, I still think it's a private single room as it's said so. But when I arrived, I find out I was arranged into a female 4 beds room, which is totally out of my expectation. I go talk to the staff, but he told me all the rooms are full and this price should be a 4 beds room, not a single room. He can't change the room for me. They didn't even make up anything for me, which is not a good experience. If it's a mistake on the website, please change it.

Ich war für ein Konzert in Köln und habe mich das erste Mal überhaupt für ein Hostel entschieden. Das Personal war sehr nett und ich wirklich positiv überrascht von dem großen Ganzen. Sollte ich jemals wieder nach Köln kommen und ein Hostel suchen, komme ich vorbei ;)

地下鉄の駅のすぐ側なので、見つけやすい。でもケルンセントラル駅から1回地下鉄を乗り換える手間はある。
1つ1つのベッドにコンセントを差し込むところがあったので便利だった。

Jak na okolice centrum Kolonii, to całkiem tanio. Personel pomocny (schowali mi moją wielką walizkę, gdy przyjechałem przed czasem). Wcześniej korzystałem z innego hostelu, który był jeszcze bliżej centrum, ale w karnawale był oblężony. Weltempfänger okazał się być całkiem przyzwoitą alternatywą.

Very clean, homely atmosphere, with a good kitchen and plenty of dishes/cooking utilities. There is a bar downstairs and aa train station right outside the door! Would stay again , thank you

Staff very friendly and helpful, rooms are very clean and spacious, beds and lockers are new, other interieur 70s style, you can rent locks for the lockers. There´s a bar downstairs. You can also get breakfast for 4 Euro. Subway station right in front of the hostel, 4 stops to city center. Very good value for the money!
