About us
Downtown has born in March 2023.
the idea is to give cheap and clean accomodation for backpackers and or student in Ferrara.

The rooms are clean and spaciuos and bright. The bulding it self it used to be a big office and it has been recoverted in to guest house.

all the rooms have a big double bed and some of them also a couch.

The bathroom are shared. There 2 bathroom in the corridor and there are share with the seven rooms we have.

Accommodation
We have seven rooms, all the rooms have a double bed TV, AC and a small coincierge for breakfast.
also, in the room the towel and the soap are included so means we can offer all the confort for backpackers that wants to discover Italy and Ferrara!

Services and activities
The rooms are so spacius that we prefer to keep them in this way.
We are for backpaker who want peace and to rest, so dont organize parties and stuff as we have a small place right in the city centre.

Surroundings
The are 2 supermarkets at literally 5 mins walk.
one is call conad the second one ECU which is also a discount.

Our hotel is right in front on the castle, the main attraction in Ferrara.

We are the best solution for a quite and clean place. we are in the centre of the city. We are the best solution for solo travellers or couples!
