The Ipogeo degli Ottavi B&B is located in a peaceful area in the north of Rome with little traffic and it is well linked to the city centre by handy and comfortable local transport services.

The flat is spacious and elegant and we always make our guests feel at ease, treat them with kindness, care and professionalism. A varied and exquisite breakfast is served in the dining room. Our B&B offers 2 spacious comfortable bright rooms, each with private bathroom.
It is situated in a house consisting of only 4 flats with a garden and an inner parking area which are completely free.

Our B&B offers 2 large comfortable bright rooms, each with private bathroom:
- a double room with double bed which can become a triple comfortable room by adding a third bed. It may be also used as a single room;
- another double room with double bed and a large bright window.
The two bathrooms are new and beautifully decorated and one is equipped with a bath whereas the other one with a shower. Both rooms have hair dryers.
The Ipogeo Degli Ottavi Bed & Breakfast has a large comfortable hall where breakfast is served; it is also possible to access the Internet by a notebook we place at our guests’ disposal. Each room has a large balcony which opens onto the garden with fruit trees and a green meadow.
