Ci hanno cancellato la prenotazione la sera prima del nostro arrivo a Roma. Non sono stati in grado di gestire la situazione spostando la nostra prenotazione in un altro albergo alle stesse condizioni. Abbiamo quindi dovuto prenotare all'ultimo momento un altro albergo accontentandoci di quello che abbiamo trovato disponibile poche ore prima del nostro arrivo. Servizio inaffidabile e poco professionale.

Very nice B&B with everything needed at disposal.
Good breakfast. Large rooms, very clean bathrooms (2 bathrooms for 4 rooms).
A nice second home during our stay in Roma.

мне очень сильно понравилось в етом хостеле, - наша поездка в Рим начелась именно с холела, ведь когда ми зашли , то увидели настоящие италийские апартаменти) тепло уютно, и красиво) спасибо хозяйке за гостеприимность

Quite pleasant place. Very close to Termini train station and city center. Cossy rooms with many extras available (internet, iron, etc.).

Warm welcome with very good personal attention for our wishes. The free internet was definately a bonus. Very proper neighbourhood with all the facilities you need.

It was a very nice stay with the hostel located perfectly near the main station, easy access to all sites and a more than personal and absolutely faboulus host. Michaela, we thank you for a wonderful week in Rome.

no problems, easy to find near railway station, cosy, clean, friendly staff and comfortable bed, would definetly stay again.

This B & B was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed available. Laura was a very nice "host" and helped us with our enquiries over the week. I would definately recommend staying here.

I must say that The L'Incanto di Roma is one of the most charming places I ever stayed at. I strongly recomend it if you look for a small, personal place where you feel at home from the first moment. Laura - thanks and take care!

A very nice place. Well situated and comfortable. Internet is free. Breakfast is OK; however, bathroom is outside the room. Staff was really nice.

L'Incanto Di Roma is the most charming B & B we've come across on our travels. I can't praise this place enough. The rooms and bathrooms are kept very clean. Fresh italian coffee and breakfast is provided daily. The kitchen has enough utensils to cook if so desired. Laura that runs L'Incanto is not only very friendly but also quite beautiful. Thanks Laura for making our stay in Rome memorable. BIG KISS X

Very warm welcome!!! (but rooms were a bit cold at night.) The Italian breakfast is ...well... small but Ok. Excellent new renovated rooms!! Staff is uncomplicated and helpful. I can absolutely recommend it especially for young peoples who are uncomplicated, too! Kind of youthhostel with private atmosphere.
