Very quiet and confortable guesthouse located on the 7th floor of a modern building with elevator with a covered terrace overlooking the Gianicolo hill and S.Peter Dome.

Easy to reach from the main train station 'Termini' with a subway short ride it is in a residential quiet and safe area yet within a walking distance from the Vatican, Piazza del Popolo and the main tourist attractions !

The structure in a very contemporary style, offers singles and doubles bedrooms, all with private facilities and aircoditioning.

The 'Blue' is a small room with a double bed with a small balcony overlooking the internal area of the building;

The 'Orange' and the 'Gold' have a double bed with windows overlooking the S. Peter Cupola and the hills of the City;

The 'Koral' room has a single bed and faces the internal area of the building.

NO Smoking policy in the bedrooms and in the common areas !

Car parking is available within the condominium outdoor area but it is ungarded.

This is not an Hotel or a bed&breakfast !

In order to offer very cheap rates to our Guests we do not have a 'Reception or Concierge':

the service include only the supplying of towels and bed linen.

The towels are changed every 3 days and the extra cleaning of the room is daily on request with a charge of 8 €.
Airconditioning is on request with a daily charge of € 2.

Please note that we do not serve breakfast
but you can use at your convenience the refrigerator and kitchen corner in the common dining room to prepare a cup of tea, a snack or salad with a fresh drink or even to cook simple dishes !

As we do not have a 'Reception or Concierge' please call us about 1 hour before arrival to check you in.

Check out is before 12,45 a.m. but if you like it you may leave your luggage in our livingroom until the early evening.

Check in is from 14.00 but if your room is available you may check in also in the morning.

Arriving before h 14,00 without an appointment as we do not have a reception you will not find anybody there to let you in and you will have to wait on the street !

There is a surcharge of 2 € each Guest for the City Tourist Taxes

There is a surcharge for check–in to be added to the price showed on 'Hostelclub reservation sheet'in case of afterhours check-in

of € 10 after 8,00 p.m.;
of € 15 after 9,00 p.m.;
of € 20,00 after 10,00 p.m.;
if it will be possible to arrange the check-in.
of € 25,00 after 11,00 p.m.;
of € 30 and after midnight.

After the check-in is done you will receive a full set of key.

Please notice that the balance should be paid in cash at the check-in.

NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED IN THE COMMON AREAS AND IN THE BEDROOMS !

THE GUEST ARE FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE TO PAY EVENTUAL DAMAGES !

GUESTS IN EVIDENT STATE OF DRUNKENESS WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE GUESTHOUSE WITHOUT ANY SORT OF MONEY REFUND OR COMPENSATION ACCORDINGLY TO THE LAW !

CANCELLATION POLICY: in case of a no-show or a cancellation within 5 days from the date of the arrival we will debit the Guest credit card for the first 2 nights !

If you do not let available the bedroom for another potential reservations on the hostelclub web site by observing their cancellation instructions: we will have to charge your credit card for the all amount of the cancelled period of stay !
