About us
We are Francesca and Teresa, two girls who love to travel and meet people from around the world! After many years working in tourism, joined our experiences, we have realized our dream to open a small bed and breakfast. A starting point in which grow over time and provide an always better service.
Welcoming people from all over the world and be somehow part of their holiday, it will be a joy for us, so that everyone can enjoy, even a little bit thanks to us, some unforgettable Happy Days ...

Accommodation
Two of the rooms are characterized by ethnic and oriental colors and details, while the third, more classic and wide, is suitable to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.

Breakfast includes homemade bread and cakes, biscuits, yogurt, cornflakes, tea, coffee, herbal teas, water, juice, cheese and ham.

Services and activities
We have a small garden with a couple of tables where you can seat and relax, eat, smoke or just chill out.
Free wi-fi connection in the entire property, free bycycles available for our guests.
Every room has a small fridge and a kettle, and in the corridor there is a microwave for our guests.


Surroundings
Colombare di Sirmione is a great starting point for various activities.
Our b & b is about 2 hundred meters from the Terme di Virgilio, renowned for its thermal treatments.
We are also just a few hundred meters from the beaches of Lugana and Lido Galeazzi.
A scenic lakeside promenade takes guests to Sirmione Castle to visit the old town, the Grotte di Catullo, Palazzo Callas, the Lido of Blondes and Jamaica Beach.
At few hundred meters there are 3 supermarkets and also bar and restaurants.

Términos y condiciones

Check-in is from 16 to 21, but we do not have a reception, so we need to know what time you will arrive to make sure there is someone to welcome you and you don't have to wait on the street.
For this reason, if you have not already indicated in the booking, we kindly ask you to tell us what time you will arrive at most the day before your arrival, and a phone number to find you in case of need.

ON REQUEST AND INDICATING A PRECISE TIME BAND, it may be possible to arrive before 16. If the room is not yet ready, you can at least leave your luggage and take the keys, until 16 it will not be possible to stay in the room or in the building.
The request is subject to availability, this means that IF NOT EXPRESSLY CONFIRMED BY US, early check-in is NOT possible.
NB. we organize our days (medical visits, commissions, shopping, etc.) according to the times indicated, this means that if you do not indicate a time, or indicate it but then do not comply, you may not find anyone to open and have to wait on the street that we come back.
CHECK-IN AFTER 21:00 IS NOT POSSIBLE.

Remember also that the city tax must be paid on arrival (€ 0.80 per person per night) in cash (it is not possible with any cards).
