A double family detached house with private garden,
close to the so called area of 'Castelli Romani'.
All the rooms are cosy luminous and large with Air conditioning.
Our ospitality aims to make you feel at home,
wishing to offer you a pleasant stay.
You can enjoy our private garden every time of the year,
with wonderful flowers in the summer, and colorful leaves in autumn.
You can enjoy the warmth inside during the winter, having a good cup of coffee, admiring the sparkles of our fireplace.
From G.R.A 16. (Ring-road around Rome), you have to get on the Via Prenestina, going towards the opposite direction of the center of town. (Towards Zagarolo-Palestrina).

After only 10 Km (approx 6,2 miles), you will get to our area, which is very well known since the Roman times (Antica Gabio). We are only two minutes away from there, up the hill.

You can have breakfast in the garden if you prefer, and if you are not planning any visit in town and just want to relax you can just stay, and enjoy the shade under the big magnolie,or even get some tan on our terrace, in complete privacy.

If you still want to pamper youself we can still offer you something else: a marvellous hot tub, to get in form for trekking or sightseeing!
