About us
Provide a meeting place at the heart of Beirut for people from all walks of life to get together.
History:

Saifi Urban Gardens (SUG) was established in April 2010 when renovations on the Keyrouz Building (built: 1831) and the Doctor Semaan Building (built: 1943) began. Inspiration for SUG came from the location itself, ed on the former waterfront of Beirut’s East Side, as well as the students of the Saifi Institute for Arabic Language (est: 2008)

Accommodation
At Saifi Urban Gardens you can find many accommodation type based on your budget and the period you want to spend in Lebanon.
The Saifi Gardens Apartment: it has 6 rooms with different sizes,Single Room/Large Single Room--Double Room/Large Double Room.
The Apartment has two shared bathrooms, Shared kitchen and shared living Room, in addition to a small balcony.
Dorm Accommodation: bunk beds shared with 3 other people, male dorm and female dorm are separated.


Services and activities
Cafe Em Nazih is a friendly place where people meet people, and where the staff knows everyone's name. Serving great home-style Lebanese food at reasonable prices: Mezzeh, Mana2eesh and, Em Nazih's specialties, the plat du jour.

Friday and Saturday night the Em Nazih house bands (oud, nay, 2eeqaa3 and singer) play Arabic classics and contemporary dance favorites to a packed house (reservations required for a table, bar stools are first-come-first-served).



Surroundings
Saifi Urban Gardens location is very strategic, 8 minutes walking to down town, 5 minutes walking to Mar Michael Bar Street, next to Saifi Gardens you can find 24/7 supermarkets, hospital, pharmacies, restaurant, bookshops, cofee shops.

Upon check-in the total room charge must be paid in full.
Upon check-in guests must give to Saifi their passport or (Lebanese) Identity card to make a copy.

Saifi is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to guest property. Safes are available inside the room.
Smoking is not allowed in rooms. Guests are welcome to smoke in common areas.

Saifi Urban Gardens is not a full service hotel. Guests are expected to be clean and respectful to their neighbors and Saifi staff, and to treat Saifi as if it was their home.
