We are a new hotel which opened in April 2017, and was initiated with the intention of offering a wide combination of hospitality services. The building is over 4,000 square meters of useable space with 100 room spaces available for use. We converted and reconstructed a six storey office building, and Phase 1 is basically complete and we wish to expand our facilities to include the whole building this year 2018. Currently we have 18 rooms in our offer. That include double rooms and twin rooms. All brand new, clean, with bathroom. Guests will find desk and large shelf.

Downtown Hotel and Business Center is a multifunctional hub with various activities including Training Center, Business Center, Coffe/Restaurant, Design Center with Artists in Residence programs, Bodyline center and rooftop.

We are located at the very center of Khartoum right next to the Gold Market, Grand Mosque and Waha mall which are well known by every Sudanese citizens.
