The flat is very nice and comfortable, convenient for a crew of guys on holiday. In 5 minutes you can get the metro. Alex and Bert are very kind and helpful, always ready to give you some useful advises, especially if it's your first time in NY.

It was great to stay there - clean, cheap. Bert was wonderful and helped us a lot. It has been a little bit loud because of the neighbours but this was ok.

Le gérant est réellement très aimable et disponible. Il donne de bonnes adresses.
L'appartement est identique aux photos du site à savoir beau, propre, lumineux et spacieux.
Je le conseille à tous, d'autant que Harlem est un quartier agréable. Nous sommes tous ravis du séjour.

L'appartamento è completamente nuovo ed è completamente accessoriato(phono,aria condizionata sia in salone che in camera da letto,piatti,forchette...etc..).Nell'appartamento si puo dormire in 5 senza problemi ed il bagno pur non essendo grandissimo è abbastanza "comodo".
La zona è collegata molto bene con tutta la città.Per raggiungere il centro (Time Square)ci si impiegano 20 minuti di metro.La fermata dell'autobus è sotto casa e la metro dista 10 minuti a piedi. Per quanto riguarda la zona invece devo dire che è molto più tranquilla di quanto se ne dica,sia di giorno che di notte...e poi Bert,la persona che vi accoglierà,è davvero disponibile,gentile e simpatica.
