Description

We have a quite and safe house with two rooms for rent where privacy, comfort, daily cleaning and information to our guests are top priority.
Both rooms can be used as single or double depending on guests’ needs, both with air conditioning, fan, refrigerator, bathroom in between, and cold & hot water 24 hours a day.
We have another bathroom that can be used by guests who wishe to.
Likewise our guests can use the rest of the house which has: a living room sightseeing the University Steps, a sitting room with TV, DVD and phone, a dinning-kitchen well-equipped.
Breakfast, lunch, dinner and laundry services are also offered.
We are located 50 meters away from the University Steps, the most important in the country, in the same heart of modern Havana and close to Habana Libre, Colina and Nacional hotels, the central 23rd Avenue where you can find shopping centres, the Yara Movie (Venue of the Latin-American International Film Festival), the Coppelia Ice-cream parlor and other daily and nightly attractions.
The house is of ancient structure dating from the 1930’s and it is City Historical Heritage due to its location at the base of the University Steps.
