About us
The property was established few months ago. Our mission is to provide guests a great comfort and they will be able to enjoy their stay in the apartment, neighborhood and in Quito.
The apartment is new remodeled. Warm and nice apartment with big and comfortable beds, implied kitchen, living and dinning room. The apartment is from one to six people.
Accommodation
There are two rooms. In one bedroom there are one big bed for two people, the second bedroom there are two big beds for four people. There is one full bathroom, 1/2 bathroom. Living and dinning room. Kitchen.
The apartment can be private or shared according your needs. There is available to add another bed on the second room.
Towels are provided, soap, shampoo, and TV, Wifi.

We also provide tours to Mindo, Otavalo, Quilotoa loop, Hot springs - Papallacta and more...
Surroundings
There are a lot of shops, one supermarket, many restaurants. You are around 15 minutes to bars and pubs and cultural activities and sightseeing.
