The apartment is located in the PEST part of the city, in the V district, in front of the law university, 1 minute walk from the famous pedestrian street

Vaci Utca and nearby the Elizabeth Bridge (historical bridge of Budapest).

This is a well connected public service zone: 100 meters from the KALVIN TER stop (Blue line of the Subway).

Externally the building has an historical style, built in 1896; The apartment is found in the first floor of this building with independent entry. The apartment leans out in the inside courtyard (very silent!!). The apartment is composed by 2 rooms, kitchen and bath. Just in front the entrance you have a small-functional kitchen with all the necessary to cook ( microwave oven, refrigerator, plates and dishes). On the right you have a room of 15 meters with a table and chairs and one sofa bed.The two rooms are separated by a sliding door that make access to the bedroom with two single beds that can be tranbsformed in a king bed if necessary. The bathroom has one bath with shower.
