Good place, very good position.

All was ok, except for the food: very poor breakfast

A very good place to stay, with a good balance between flexibility and efficiency. A friendly welcome by both Paolo and his mum was a great start after a tiring journey. I can't imagine what a previous rater meant by 'shady-looking'! Use of kitchen is very helpful and the bedroom was comfortable with all the basics and more. Early confusion in booking caused by the web booking agent not providing a proper option for a sole room occupant, was resolved by Paolo straight away on arrival. It's a little walk from the town centre, but not too bad. Would highly recommend the place to others.

Cool place near the historic centre of Arezzo. Paolo is fantastic, and so is the place, with a lot of great photos and two nice bedrooms.

Nice, clean, big rooms, good location.

The best B&B of our travel. Excelent room with cable TV and a very comfortable bed. Good showers and a complete kitchen for breakfest or to cook some pasta. Paolo was very regardful!

sonostata molto contento con la camera, questo ho ya detto. mi e pieciuta la camera con poster della jazz-giants. penso, questa camera sara - in foto internet piu interessante que questo que ho visto. forse,tu pensi di cambiare il foto. mi e piaciuta la casa aperta, tante cose per mangiare o bere. trovo questo una bella idea. sono stata per due settimae in sant anna in camprena,un bel convento vicinoda Pienza) SOLO IL CALORE PER 2 SETT.MI HA FATO PROBLEMI. adesso sono in Siena, per i ultimi due notte, una

pensione(Sabrina) molto vicino,qualche metri, del CAMPO . anche bene,con cuccina, ed in questo momento con le vincitori della pallia, que toccano le tomborini---La pensione e con computergratuitto... una bella offerta per i clienti..... in due giorne,adio, bella toscana,ritono a muenchen,pioggia e fredda.. ps:voglio riccomandare tua casa in muenchen agli amici, che non

vogliano (o possono) pagare un sacco di soldi per cari hotel. saluti da

we loved staying in arezzo in the "apartment-like" atmosphere. we just had a bad experience with the previous hotel we stayed, and we really enjoyed staying here.
