On the hills of the famous medieval town called Marostica (Vicenza) well-known for the Chess Game is situated Locanda Valbella. It is an oasis of country peace among the hills that look down on the 'Po Valley', only 2 km from the city centre. Locanda Valbella is surrounded by woods, vineyards, olive orchards, cherry trees and meadows.

From Bolzano: take A22 to Trento; then take 'statale 47 Valsugana' (ss. 47) to Bassano del Grappa; then follow directions to Marostica *

From Milan: take A4 (Milan-Venice) then A31 Valdastico, exit Dueville and then follow directions to Marostica *

From Bologna: take A13 to Padova; take A4 (Milan-Venice), then A31 Valdastico, exit Dueville and then follow directions to Marostica *

From Trieste: take A4 (Milan-Venice), then A31 Valdastico, exit Dueville and then follow directions to Marostica *

* From A31 Valdastico: take the Dueville exit and turn left. After 600 metres, turn left again and join the 'Statale 247 Marosticana' (ss. 247), follow the road signs 'Marostica' for about 15 km. When you arrive in Marostica drive through Vallonara (direction Asiago) and follow our white road signs LOCANDA VALBELLA
