Aenea's BnB

I have booked for this AENEA's but last minitue got mail that AENEA's was full and i have to stay at CK which i dont like becuase the site shown availability for AENEA's and after booking you are staying some where else. Finding the location was very difficult no boards no signs.No reception.

La habitación muy amplia y muy bien aislada de la calle, aunque no demasiado del resto de habitaciones.

Los puntos malos serían la ausencia de wifi gratuito y que no nos cambiaron las toallas en los 3 dias que estuvimos, pese a sí entrar en la habitación para hacernos la cama...

Calidad precio inmejorable, estaba todo muy limpio, el personal te recibe el primer dia y no vuelves a saber nada de ellos a menos que los llamases un ambiente muy tanquilo y cerca de los sitios visitar. me encanto si vuelvo a roma ya se donde hospedarme

very cosy private atmosphere hotel. very friendly staff. clean rooms and beautiful furnishings. The location is perfect: 5 minutes walk to the Termini railway station, 12 minutes walk to the Coloseum. Ideally for romantic - fresh-in-love couples.

Un sitio sorprendente la verdad. Nos toco la habitacion arabe, con una cama muy comoda muy grande. Las fotos hacen justicia al sitio.

Lugar para volver lo unico un poco malo quiza es el barrio que de noche da aspecto de un poco abandonado, pero sin problema a un paso del centro.

Very good staff. Good breakfast in bed :) Big nice beds of kings! And atmosphere from India! It was very pleasant!

Хостел очень симпотичный)оформлен в восточном стиле, душ, полотенца,завтраки. Все очень мило. Кровать ого=ромная))))

Aenea's B&B was very nice place to stay. We were satisfied with everything. The B&B was near to all historical memories (Colosseo in 10 -15 minutes by foot. The next positives: it was realy close to Termini station, bus stops and metro station. We recomend this accomodation to everyone.

Was not enough lightning, but we came here only for sleepong, so that wasn't a big problem.

the positive: The hotel is very clean, good breakfast and a good place near metro stops, tram and park. The atmosphere of the room very good.

NEGATIVE: My room "imperial room" in which www.ckbb.it because we were working with the Aenea's B & B can not be opened to shutter, it was too dark, did not see any at the reception to ask him various things

un lugar para volver,las habitaciones eran geniales, muy espaciosas,luminosas,los baños tambien muy bien...volveria sin duda alguna

It's a very cute place to stay, very simple, clean and friendly. The staff is very nice, even if the girl that served us didn't know much about Rom. The fact that it is possible to eat breakfast whenever you like, is a plus. The location is great and I highly recommend the B&B to young couples/people.

I would definitely NOT recommend to book this place with a baby.

It is on the 4th floor. Elevator and main door is too narrow for the cart.

Make sure you have a mobile phone with you and have the contact details at hand as staff is not on site.

Pulito, non giudicatelo dall'entrata perchè è un vecchio palazzo ma entrando sarete piacevolmente sorpresi. Comodo per le valigie perchè è di fianco alla stazione Termini (pro e contro) . La colazione non ci è piaciuta perché deve essere preparata in cucina e non ci sono brioches o dolci freschi (la colazione è sacra per noi!!!). Tutto sommato ci torneremmo.

Very confortable stay. Everything has been very nice.

Superzentral (im 1. Häuserblock vom Bahnhof aus), trotzdem recht ruhig. Im 4. Stock Altbau mit nicht immer intaktem Lift, aber liebevoll neu eingerichtetem Zimmer, einwandfreie Dusche, Klima/Heiz. Süßes Frühstück gut, in Selbstbedienung in kleiner Teeküche. Zu empfehlen!

Super Hotel in Top-Lage (direkt an Termini/Hauptbahnhof), in der Umgebung viele gute Restaurants, Zimmer liebevoll eingerichtet & sauber, auch die Klimaanlage ist sehr angenehm, persönliche und nette Atmosphäre, alles in allem ein wirklich gutes Hotel, eigentlich gibt es nichts zu kritisieren

Wir haben 10 wunderschöne und interessante Tage in Rom verlebt und hatten mit diesem Hostel einen guten Ausgangspunkt. Service und Sauberkeit waren gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Leider im TV nur 2 deutsche Programme.

I did not happy because i found some of the used condom packages on my bed after i came back from city tour. What did it mean? Is it my private room ? It is not the room for other people to make love. I am disappoint to be here.

Céntrico y cerca de la estación,el barrio un poco chungo de noche,pero las habitaciones muy chulas y el desayuno variado y sin hora de cierre.Recomendable

We stayed at Aenea's near the Termini station and it has all a B&B must have.

Breakfast was simple/good,but actually they could have forseen more variaty.It has 4 rooms & provide 3 cartons of milk & juice & 1 pack of toastbread a day.I think that's only just (not) enough. The staff wasn't friendly,but isn't always there.When booking,ask for the room at the back,cause it's very noisy at the front (bus stop for the B&B).Location is great, but neighborhood is a bit creepy.

My boyfriend and I stayed aeneas bb for 5 nights and were very pleased. The neighborhood isn't very nice but its very close to the termini train and metro station, so we were able to be very mobile and got around a lot. Breakfast was ok, not less not more. It was very clean (for italian circumstances) and the rooms look like on the pictures (very nice) and have a great atmosphere.

We were absolutely satisfied. We have been living for 5 nights in CK B&B - 10 minutes walking from Termini station and spent a wonderful honeymoon. Ancient room was beautiful and very cozy. Breakfast was great - corn flakes, bisquits, toast bread and fridge was always full of juice, milk, cheese and butter. We would recommend this B&B to anyone who wants to discover Rome in few days and stay in awesome place for very reasonable price. Jakub and Pavlina from the Czech Republic.

Hemos estado muy bien, mejor que en un hotel. Desde luego, si algun dia volvemos a Roma sera nuestra casa sin ninguna duda. El personal es muy amable y limpian cada dia. Se lo recomiendo a todos/as.

we stayed at CK B&B. It was about 10 minute walk from the Termini train station and 1 minute walk from metro station. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall, good value for the price.

this guest house is very nice. this is the best which i lived guest house. every thing is perfect except no internet. and by the way, Anean's b&b is full. we live in CK B&B.strongly recommend this guest house.

bellissimo B&B, a due minuti dalla stazione termini, ogni camera con suo bagno privato, pulizia ogni mattina!la colazione si può prepararla in cucina e i tavoli sono già apparecchiati con fette biscottate e marmellata.

Molto comodo al Colosseo e alla stazione, staff molto disponibile, camere particolari e interessanti, tranquillità.

appartment on 4th floor with 4 B&B rooms and kitchen where breakfast is served. Our room had a good bed, was quiet and clean. Very pleasant all together. Better than the room we had in the second part of our holdiay which was in C&K B&B (same owners). That room was maller and noisy.

Very nice rooms, just like on the pictures! Comfortable bed, cosy, quite. Hairdrier, towels and soap available. TV and dvd player in rooms. Very good location, close to Termini station and metro stop. The breakfast was very poor - no cappucino and no fresh bred. You can hel yourself and make tost or expresso.

B&B carino e curato, pesonale simpatico e molto disponibile! Il quartiere non è dei migliori, ma logisticamente è un buon punto.

Sono appena tornato da un fine settimana fantastico nella città eterna, di grande aiuto la splendida posizione in cui si trova il B&B da dove praticamente si può arrivare facilmente dove si vuole. Stupefacente la pulizia e l'accuratezza dell'arredamento,pari ad hotel di fascia media alta (per lo meno nella stanza dove ho alloggiato). Sarà sicuramente il punto d'appoggio per tutti i miei viaggi a Roma.

Nice, clean and most importantly in this big NOISEY city - VERY QUIET! Also, the bed was good which gave us a good night's rest after running around all day. On the down side - breakfast was very sterile. No cappuccino; no fresh rolls; no hostess - just help yourself to cold cereal, and instant coffee! Did not compare to the breakfast at other B&B's on our trip.

It´s an excellent B&B!The room is big, with private bathroom,the decoration is very nice,you have air conditioning,tv,dvd.Everything is very clean.The place is very quiet.Very good location.Good breakfast.I will definitely recommend it to all my friends.

I loved it. Nice people. Beautiful room, new double glazing made it quiet and relaxing despite being right next to the station. Great place to visit the sites on foot. Relaxed atmosphere in breakfast room: getting up late it was like being in our own place, getting up early we met and chatted with the other people staying there. It is on a poorly lit street beside the station and looks most unpromising from outside but we were welcomed in on the street and were delighted with our time there. I'd go back anytime (but I would take my own bread and cereal and fruit for breakfast).

Este B@B está muy bien, el desayuno completo, la limpieza diaria muy bien y las habitaciones perfectas. Lo recomiendo al 100 x 100.
