muy buen estado todas las instalaciones, la atenciòn muy buena

Es un lugar muy bien ubicado, cuatos espaciosos, con baño completo, escritorio, frigobar, la televisión es muy pequeña, hay internet gratis.

Creo es un muy excelente lugar para visitar Roma. Y recordar Roma es para estar todo el día conociendo y solo ir a dormir al hotel...

he tenido varios problemas que paso a relatar en un correo aparte, ya que preciso que me aclaren ciertas condiciones de la facturación del servicio de alojamiento utilizado.

Un alojamiento correcto i bien comunicado al lado de la estacion

Guesthouse was small but near metro and train station.

We were affraid, that they puted as 4 people in double roome with full price like per 2 rooms. It was owfull :(

Легко найти, удобное месторасположение(рядом вокзал и метро), чисто, тихо - все понравилось. Единственный минус это слив в душе - вода уходит медленно. В остальном все замечательно. бюджетный вариант. Для тех кто приехал любоваться Римом, а не торчать в отеле, то что надо. Полотенца меняют каждый день, интернет работает) Рекомендую всем.

Roma Termini駅からとても近くて非常に良い所でした。スタッフもとてもいい人達で楽しく安心して過ごすことができました。次回ローマへ行く機会があれば是非また利用したいと考えています。

Es un hostal correcto, limpio y con todos los servicios. Lo peor, que la mampara de la ducha filtraba agua e inundaba el baño.

Primeiro que as fotos que estão no site não são do hotel que ficamos,atendimento péssimo,sujo, cada vez que tomava banho o quarto ficava alagado, contratamos com café da manhã , que não nos foi dado, quando solicitamos ele alegaram que o café era separado e quando mostramos que constava nos serviços café incluido,simplesmente eles retiraram do site e não nos deram o café da manhã, também não mencionaram nada quando reservamos que teriamos que pagar a parte os impostos.Não recomendo a ninguem esse hotel, total descaso com os hospedes, saimos de lá com sensação de que fomos enganados.

Hotel bem localizado, perto de todos os transportes e de muitos pontos turísticos. Quarto grande e limpo, banheiro muito bom. O prédio é que assusta de início, mas as acomodações compensam.

The guesthouse itself it's more than enough for someone who wants to stay in Rome to see the city. it has a refrigerator, air conditioner, tv... the information given by the recepcionist staff is terrible because they don't speak english. The cleaning lady is a sweet woman=) I'm sure i'm gonna go back to this hostel.

This review and rating is for Palma Residence (http://palmaresidence.com/) not for Angelica Guesthouse since we were allocated upon arrival. Finding Angelica Guesthouse was easy (we followed the navigation notes provided in our reservation). However, when we arrived at the address none opened the door, neither answered on the phone. Since in the reservation email was provided a 2nd address (just in case), my friend and I went to check-in at that address. We had a problem finding the reception since there wasn't a note on the ringbell at the front door if the reception of Angelica Guesthouse was located at that address. Anyway, a nice italian lady helped us to get in the courtyard (it turned up we were at the right place but could not get in). When we arrived at the reception, we were explained by the staff that our accomodation is actually at Palma Residence, and were guided towards that place. Initially, I felt very irritated since we were not informed in advance that we had to be allocated, and had to go around the neighbourhood with our luggage in order to find our accomodation. However, when we arrived at Palma Residence everything was just perfect: the room, the location, the environment, the staff. We were a bit worried whether we would be allowed to smoke within the premises, but we were nicely surpised that our room had a balcony where smoking was allowed.

Palma Residence turned to be a nice place. The room was spacious, bright and was cleaned every day (although we did not get clean sheets during our stay of 5 days). We didn't have any troubles with the hot water and we were allowed to use the AC without extra charge. We were provided with keys to every door, and we did not have any problems walking in and out at any time. The reception was opened 24/7, the staff very helpfull. We were provided with a tourist map and with an access to the Wi-Fi connection. It was of importance for me to have internet access since I had to check my business email everyday. When I made the reservation for Angelica Guesthouse on HotelRomeOnline.com I thought the accomodation rate was high. I also got impression that breakfast was included in the price. Anyway, having in mind the location and that Rome in my opinion is expensive city, I think overall the accomodation rate at Palma Residence is a good value for money. Therefor, I would not hesitate to recommend Palma Residence to my friends.

siamo stati benissimo durante il nostro soggiorno, in particolare grazie ad Aura che e' stata gentilissima. stanze pulite anche se semplici, posizione ottima, un po' difficile trovarlo anche perche' ci avevano dato un altro indirizzo ma una volta sistemati siamo stati bene.

PLUSY: Świetnie położony, spokojny, czysty. Codziennie czyste ręczniki, suszarka, lodówka, klimatyzator, sejf, czajnik na wyposażeniu. MINUSY: brak programów TV pomimo, że telewizor działał (to mi nie przeszkadzało), szlak mrówek przez pokój :).

It was comfortable for one night. Sort of bizarre that the reception is 2 blocks away from the hostel, but it was fine. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay near the Termini train station, then it is a convenient and decent place to stay. The towels and sheets are white, so you can't really complain. The room was a little stuffy, but better than being cold. Also, the doors were a little difficult to open, but to look on the bright-side, it means it'd be hard to break in. I don't think I would stay here again, but it worked for one night.

El aspecto exterior es malo. Las habitaciones muy bien... pero te clavan 8 euros más encima del precio de la reserva por algo de impuestos... asi que CUIDADO.

Adorei o hostel principalmente porque viajava com minha mãe e quando chegavamos o que queria era apenas sossego!! Muito calmo, muito tem localizado, logo ali ao pé da Termini.. os funcionarios foram simpáticos, as toalhas e os lençois devidamente trocados todos os dias.. só não gostei porque a porta do box do banheiro não fechava bem e molhava o piso todo.. de resto, muito bbom mesmo!!! :)

Problemi organizzativi a parte ( check in fissato per le 11) e imprecisioni per quanto riguarda la location del soggiorno ( ho appreso tramite "mia" chiamata, per avvisare la direzione del mio arrivo imminente, che il pernottamento era spostato da Angelica Guesthouse a Palma Residence), il soggiorno è risultato piacevole, struttura pulitissima e di nuova ristrutturazione. La posizione è ottimale per l'utilizzo della metropolitana, in quanto dista 400 m dalla stazione Roma Termini. La valutazione complessiva risulta più che buona.

Ostello molto comodo, ordinato, pulito e ben localizzato! Insomma, comodità e buon prezzo allo stesso tempo! Vivamente consigliato.

Als wir unser Hostel am 1. Tag betraten, wurde uns gesagt, dass kein zimmer mehr frei wäre und wir in ein anderes hostel vermittelt wurden..nach kurzer verärgerung nahmen wir den weg zum neuen hostel auf, was sich zum glück nur um ecke befand..dort angekommen, fanden wir ein kleines, enges zimmer auf, welches kein fenster moit tageslicht besaß, sondern nur in einen dunkeln innenhof..es störte uns nicht sonderlich, da wir den ganzen tag unterwegs waren und unser domizil nur zum schlafen brauchten. sauber und ordentlich war es auf jedenfall, perfekte lage zu metro und bahnhof.wir buchten mit frühstück, doch vor ort sollten wir noch 3€ dafür draufbezahlen.Internetzugang, der uns auch im voruas versichert wurde,konnte nicht wahrgenommen werden, da angeblich störungen vorlagen, doch die angestellten befanden sich täglich im netz:-(....alles in allem:wer wirklich nur auf sightseeing tour aus ist und den ganzen tag draussen verbringt, kann zufrieden sein und das geld ist es wert dann...

it is not a hostel it is 4 room flat but very nice. the room is big and the toilet is clean. everything was great. i recommend this place in 100%. there is small kitchen but they do not have any dish

This hotel was pretty nice and conveniently located right next to the train station.

Very well located close to Termini station for a reasonable price. The room is simple but clean. It was a very good basis to discover Rome.

siamo stati in questo b&b per due notti.Si trava in posizione strategica a 2 passi dalla stazione termini,e' pulito e la zona tranquilla.lo consigliamo a tutti. un saluto speciale a Cristina che e' stata gentilissima...

I was satisfied with the service offered. Staff was very kind and helpful. Price/ service rate was ok- especially with regard to central location (to termini/ metro). I would recommend this Hostel- quite close in Milazzo street is a nice bar "Foccaccio" with cheap breakfast- nice staff, good cappuccino and cornetto

No signal in the room

Hotel położony jest bardzo blisko dworca Termini, obok znajduje się bardzo dobra pizzeria. Obsługa bardzo dba o czystość i zadowolenie gości. Niestety w cenę nie sa już wliczone śniadania i trzeba je sobie oddzielnie zakupić. w hotelu są 4 pokoje i mała kuchenka z czajnikiem i jakimś naczyniami. jeśli komuś zależy na odpoczynku w ciszy po całym dniu zwiedzania to naprawdę polecam. ja praktycznie poza momentem odbierania kluczy nie spotkałam nikogo z obsługi za to łazienka każdego dnia była czyściutka. polecam wybór hotelu blisko Termini bo komunikacja w tym mieście jest koszmarna.

I had a short trip to roma with my 8yo son. We liked it a lot and would recommend it to everybody. The room was nice and clean (but dark as we could not open the window shutter). A great benefit is the cooler in the room which is especially nice in summerime as you will have always cool drinks available. The personell is very friendly and very helpful. You cannot get breakfast at the guesthouse directly. Instead you need to go to Palma Residence and buy vouchers (3,00 EUR p.p.) with which you can have a breakfast at a neighbouring bar. That is a very reasonable price for an ok breakfast. But walking a few meters prior to your first coffee maybe not suitable for everybody. The guesthouse is situated very close to the main railway station (termini) which is very good when you want to explore rome by public transportation. But: As in many cities the area around the main station is filled with a lot of "strange" people, although nobody bothered us.

Staff were really nice and accommodating,super cleans rooms and bathrooms and there is a mini kitchen as well! a pleasant stay and i recommend it to everyone!

great location, realy only 5 min. from Termini st. Got a realy clean quiet room in a great size for 2 people! Very good qualitey for price. And well hitted for winter. Will return!

Das Hotel liegt optimal ca. 2 Min. vom TERMINI entfernt. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt. Für Städtereisende unbedingt zu empfehlen. Frühstück außerhalb der Unterkunft (2 Min. Gehweg)

Ottima permanenza, camera pulita, massima disponibilità dello staff, vicino la stazione Termini in zona tranquilla, consigliato per le vostre vacanze

Ci sono stati solo due problemini: al bar nn ci volevano dare il succo della colazione (il 1ºgiorno nn ce lo hanno dato) e la T.V. nn ha funcionato nessunn giorno. Da resto, le ragazze sono molto simpatiche e ti aiutano in tutto!!

Il rapporto qualità prezzo è buono.

La habitacion era bastante moderna , confortable, y limpia y con muy buena relación calidad-precio.

La tv no funcionaba, dijo que pasarian a arreglarla pero no pasaron.

No tiene recepción como sale en alguna foto, al llegar te encuentras la puerta cerrada y tines que llamar para que venga alguien, de esto deberian informar al hacer la reserva. El desayuno en el bar de enfrente escaso pero muy bueno. Bien situado pera ir a todos los sitios en autobus o metro.

El hostal esta bastante bien, sin embargo tuvimos que esperar media hora para que nos dieran la llave a la llegada. por lo demas cumplian lo que decía, las habitacion doble con servicioo esta bastante bien y el desayuno en la cafeteria de enfrente aunque no era muy abundante si era de buena calidad

Merhaba,benim eleştirim Hotelin havaalanından itibaren ulaşım tarifi her nekadar mükemmel gibi görünsede ilk kez tren kullananların termini çıkışında hata yapabilecekleri konusunda bir uyarı olacak.Termini çıkışı Via Marsala için istasyon ana giriş/çıkışı vurgulanırsa benim gibi acemilerde çok kolay olan ulaşımı karıştırmaz.Bunun dışında hotel beklentilerimi karşıladı bir kez daha gelsem aynı yerde tekrar kalmak isterim.
